The great thing about local pickup is that you don't have to Paypal him before you see them. When you pick them up in person you have the liberty of paying at the same time as seeing them. So if they're real beaters you can just walk away. Plus he says you can return them within 7 days for a full refund. How bad can they be?? But even at that price, they could be fixed up easily with very little cash. I just emailed him & he says he is out of town until friday, but if I send the money, his wife will let me pick them up.
