Erik Mandaville
Well, I have to say I have it only covered up to the point where a network according to the first schematic posted has been built. I was under the impression (sorry, my mistake!) that the speakers were already on hand, but the actual type of network, as Mike and Bob have indicated, may very well be dependent on the specific drivers included. colterphoto1
Just a precaution. Make sure to get the K55. I made a purchase from eBay and received K57, which was used for a short while in Cornwalls. One was blown and it is uncertain if replacement diaphrams are available. There is a thread with Cornwall cabinet dimensions also available on the Modifications Forum. I'm currently working on a full 5.1 Cornwall system. 63's, 74's and parts from an 85 (that's where the K57 came from ) Michael
mike stehr
Uh...I'm just using L-pads. Doesn't the L-pad still vary the driver impedance somewhat? Where a true T-pad keeps everything constant with respect to source and driver impedance? I dunno, it works for me..... L-pads, T-pads, H-pads, O-pads, maxi-pads.......
