BEC
I get a lot of "spoof" emails that claim to be from eBay and only a few that are really from eBay but a real one I got yesterday got my attention. It indicates that they are perhaps thinking of new ways to use what has to be a huge data base for more marketing. This one referenced my purchase of an item at a certain price about a year ago. It told me that similar items are selling now for significantly more than my purchase price on that one and suggested that I might want to put it up for sale on eBay and use my profits to buy more items. That sounds almost like something out of the Stockbrokers marketing handbook. Bob
cyclonecj
I got one of those in the new "E-bay Messages". It asked me about an item I bought about 1 year ago.... wanted to know if I wanted to put it up for sale.
cmdridq
I removed the "E-bay Messages" from my ebay home page. They don't have anything to say that I want to hear. Another one of their stupid scams, or should I say spams?
