One thing I noticed is the scale: green = -60dB yellow = -40dB red = -30dB purple = -20dB pink = -10dB Looking closely the only time I see pinks are in the 30-50Hz range. (I do see quite a few at 30Hz). Whenever there is material in the 20Hz range, you'll notice that most always you are getting just as much sound up through the 60-70Hz range. With the FM curves, sounds at 20Hz usually need to be about 10-20dB louder than higher frequencies in order to be percieved just as loud. I would be interested to see the same chart generated for LOTR and Finding Nemo and other popular movie sound tracks so that we can do a comparison Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
