I think he said (Maybe he will tell the story) he let go of his expensive Rotel gear, sold it at a profit, bought 5 of those teac amps.. and get this..... had money left over for movies and a date.. Very cool not to be blown over by you can't do that, or advertising BS that they would be sub par. I, too, thought they sounded great with Craigs VRD amps. markmaple Posted June 28, 2005 Share Posted June 28, 2005 Thanks guys. Actually, I am about to sell my Rotel amps. I am currently running three Teacs total. The battery modded one (modded by Red Wine Audio) for the mains (RF-7s) and two more to drive the front center, rear center and side surrounds. I am real happy with them, especially the modded one.
