bhendrix
I'm going to build some K-Horn type "top hats" for Cornwalls to make CornerScala's. Top sections will house K-401. Anyone know of a source for high quality 3/4" veneer core, book-matched, walnut ply??
Marvel
These guys have great supplies, but htey are a bit far from where you are. The website is a bit clunky, but they do list some walnut ply. http://www.hardwoodgroup.com/chattanooga/cwpcprods.htm

Malcolm
You might want to check your local yellow pages under "Hardwood" or something similar. There should be a few places local to you that stock walnut plywood. Don't know that you will be able to find book-matched veneer. Most common stuff will be rotary cut veneer. If you don't mind the extra effort, you could always just start with something like Baltic birch and veneer any way you like, too.
jhawk92
Bill- Check out http://www.woodnshop.com. I bought some walnut 3/4" plywood from them to build a set of Flexy racks. They have a pretty good selection of sizes, but you may have to have them make some cuts ahead of time so they can ship UPS. They are relatively close to you, in St. Louis. I was very pleased with their products; also bought walnut veneer edge tape.
