My measurments are 26'x21' for the movie area, plus the little "lip" you can see at the front of the basement. I am figuring on 4" for a 2x4 and 5/8" for drywall, meaning I will use about 5" on each side of a wall for finishing the area. (No, there are no electrical boxes, pipes, etc on those walls).
