TheEAR Posted October 1, 2001 Share Posted October 1, 2001 My Klipsch dealer should get the RF-7's and the RC-7 center by Friday!And a RSW10 sub(not a RSW15 ). As soon as the RF-7's are in I grab them and the RSW10(this for test only as I want the RSW15...if performance is there). This is quite soon!Can you confirm BobG that Klipsch has RSW10's ready to ship?Is this true,I was there when the Klipsch sales rep was in store to promote and sell the Reference series and sounded like the RSW were ready to ship now!ANy truth to this? The RSW15...uh nah.Not now.I did listen to the SVS Ultras driven by my carver TFM-75 amp.And the performance is awesome. http://216.37.9.58/ubb/Forum4/HTML/002461.html My next sub will be the SVS Ultra,my mind is made up. Even if Mr TV does not like TheEAR(s) I like the SVS Ultra alot.The sub bass is clean,fast and digs low.And the output is earthshaking!Who needs more in a small room? ME ! I doubt the RSW15 can top the SVS Ultras.Serious Only the Revel B15 is close(keeps with the Ultras untill my ears say STOP). TheEAR Posted October 10, 2001 Author Share Posted October 10, 2001 The RSW15 could match the SVS Ultras and Revel B15 in output.Now how about sub bass quality?Remains to be seen.The LF-10 and 12 promised great performance and was outperformed by the Sunfire Mark II and Signature. If its great then I get one(after I get my SVS Ultra), with all these subs I will have to change my nickname to TheSUB(s).
