Did this really happen, or was this like that new Gatorade commercial, where Dwight Clark didn't really make "the catch"? I keep thinking that it was a mirage or something.....so I turn on WGN yesterday, and the Sox are parading in the streets. I go to the White Sox website, and it has plastered all over it "2005 World Series Champions". I am also holding a Chicago White Sox fitted cap, with the 2005 World Series logo on it. I slapped myself repeatedly all day yesterday, and I still haven't woke up from the dream. I guess it did happen[] 2005 World Champion Chicago White Sox. Has a nice "ring" to it, huh?
