Ohio (1968) upheld stp and frisk of suspects on streets when reasonable suspicion (more likely than not 51/100) they are armed or involved in criminal activity. Minnesota v Dickerson (1993) if a officer feels something suspicious immediatedly reconizable as a weapon or contraband the item may be seized without a warrant heh this is what 16000 dollars worth of tuition taught me.... r.cherry
that looks like a nice pocket knife. i got my first knife when i turned six, still have it and about 35 others. i never am without at least one knife, i normally have two with me. if you are gonna get tossed in jail for a pocket knife you might as well carry a nice .45[]

Jay481985
that looks like a great katana! But I am no expert but have read up on how they make quality katanas, not the chinese made one piece steel, I read that katanas are actually folded? having two metals that are folded to give strength and softness. I wish oh I wish I had a great job after college to buy all these nice things
