lorcoll
Hi. I have bought recently a pair of '76 Khorn and I have seen that one woofer is a K33-E while the other one is a K33-P. What the differences among the two. Have I to change the K33-P? Thanks. Lorenzo.
Al Klappenberger
Lorenzo, Not to worry! The two woofers were simply made by two different companies to the same specs! Al K.
lorcoll
Excuse me for the mistake, but the other woofer is a K33-B (not P). Here is a photo.
D-MAN
If you are concerned for the sound, upgrade both to new ones. Most likely one driver was replaced somewhere along the way, but who knows which one?! DM
ZAKO
The serial # tag has a R stamped on it ...Its a replacement K33 woofer. It will probably sound like the other woofer. But if your a obsessive chap then spring for two more. It would be a waste money though.
Klipschguy
The K33B came in the '76 Khorn. K33E is basically the same driver, so I wouldn't worry about it. You could watch ebay until a K33B turns up, then snipe it. Andy
