hififreq
I've just been offered a pair of Altec Stonehenge II speakers, in nice condition, for $250.00. They're local, so no shipping. Is this a pair of speakers that's any good? I'm thinking trade-bait for a pair of Belles down the road! Corey
colterphoto1
I think the woofers may have the foam surrounds so are probably rotted. I think it was a cool designed speaker. They went to pains to create a 'tangerine' phase plug for the horn driver in that one I believe. Duke Spinner should be around, he's kind of our resident Altec guru. He could probably give you a value ballpark. M

sheltie dave
It's a good deal. You might consider a set of VOTTs to balance the trade, as well.
