Replacing Altec A7 diaphragms?

I'm in the process of rebuilding a set of Altec A7 speakers. Will these diaphragms selling on ebay work well enough?

You would be better to check with GPA for ORIGINAL diaphragms.

For example On large Drivers GPA uses pascalite which is stonger.

Those are made by Aton (P-Audio).

In the past they could be horrible. They have improved them. For Hi-Fi I would spend the money for the real thing from GPA. For cheap PA I might try the Aton again.

What djk said. A little extra money to remove the stress of an ebay buy, plus a no-risk factor in quility from GPA, is worth the $.

djk, I hope our checks from Bill arrive before Christmas!
