Buy the RF-3 and change the wire your self!!!

unless you like the cosmetic upgrades.

See my RF tweaked post: http://216.37.9.58/ubb/Forum16/HTML/000254.html

Hey, interesting. Can you audition both side by side at the store?? Do you hear a difference????

Just to know how the monster Z-series add any difference. My FTP cable does. Smile.gif

Wish I could hear them side by side, but their not a full set of either in any store around. Going with the RF II's. Got a great price on-line. (Perrewe' is Belgian, my father was from Antwerp. I've never been but my sister has visited reletives there a few years back. She loved it.)

I did look at your tweek job photo's. Nice work.

Talking about showing the copper colored cones I just dented the lower woofer on the RF-7! cwm23.gif

The Klipsch copper colored aluminium cones are as durable as Jell-O.While moving all my gear the power cord from my Sony DVD did swing a bit and knocked lightly on the cone,a Fu$&g dent.

Klipsch should warn about the extreme fragility of the fake copper cones.Beware any even tiny hit on the cone and you will have a visible dent!Keep kids and animals away,be very careful.

Now I have a 1mm dent(no hole,just the aluminium core shows in a 0.5mm dot)damit.
