Cal Blacksmith
That is too bad about missing the deal but that just means that you have the money for a heritage system! I am running Fort'es as mains, an Academy as a center, Quartets as side/rear and KG1.5s as back. The sound is AWESOME and I have about $1300 total in all of them. There is no THX cert on them but short of that little sticker, they lack nothing! Heritage speakers are fantastic in a HT if you can get the wife to like "big boxes"
RF7RULES
OLD SCHOOL IS WHERE ITS AT. WHEN I BOUGHT MY KG4S IN 1990 I COULD ONLY LICK MY CHOPS LISTENING TO LA SCALAS, AWESOME SPEAKERS, BUT WHO ONLY LISTENS TO KLIPSCH FOR HOME THEATER???? NOT ME AND THAT IS WHY I SOLD MY KG4S 15 YEARS LATER JUST SHY OF WHAT I PAID FOR THEM. I USE A YAMAHA RXV3300 TO POWER (FRONT-REAR-REAR CENTER) RF7S,CENTER RC7,RSW12 SUB SO WHEN I DO LISTEN TO MUSIC IS SOUNDS AWSOME. I DO NOT LIKE THE RF7 REPLACEMENTS WHICH CATERS TO HOME THEATER CUSTOMERS BECAUSE AUDIOPHILES WOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTED BUT KLIPSCH IS STILL THE BEST SPEAKER YOU CAN BUY IN MY OPINION............ Guest srobak
Ditch the caps please. Painful on the eyes. Sean> Sorry you missed out man... that would have been a heck of a system. Keep your eyes open though - maybe you will get the next one.
DTLongo
Respectfully, ditch the rotating loudspeaker and other animated graphic please! Painful on the eyes.
Guest srobak
Do you watch only static, non-moving images on your tv?
Islander
Yeah, that show with the Indian. And sometimes that show where it's always a blizzard. Mostly real late at night...

Islander
Hmm, I could save on electricity by printing out those patterns, framing them and hanging them on the wall. Colour or B&W, I'd have a choice of two channels. And I wouldn't miss anything during a bathroom break...
