iXtreme
I noticed on the two RW12d's that I just bought they do not have LFE input on them. I tried to just use the left input like some of the Klippies do but the volume just drops wether I use just left or just right. It has to use both. Anything I'm missing here or is there just no LFE on the thing? These things are incredible too in tandem! Amazing low frequency music output. If anyone has these I'd love to hear what EQ/lowpass/phase settings are best to use keeping in mind I'm using RB61's as mains and RB51's as surrpounds with a RC52 center. As well it's all powered with a Sony ES5200 receiver. I am so pumped to get these things, but, they are on order until the 6'th of March so I guess I'll just go insane and kill stuff till they arrive. CECAA850
When you use a y connector, it sums the l and r inputs. It's the same thing as using only 1 input and raising the input signal from your receiver or gain on the sub.
oldbuckster
Isn't the LFE on the receiver, not the sub ............... a y-connector adds 6db to output from sub ..... I use the left for LFE from my Yamaha HT, and I use the right input for my Scott, my sub does double duty .............
jimmy4300
The LFE Input from the receiver is the left RCA channel on your sub. Look at Figure 3 in the back your user manual.
