Rhetor
Just bought my first Klipsch speakers. Trying to set up a 7.1 system. I purchased the RF82s, RC62, RS52s, as suggested by Klipsch. I went with a Martin Logan sub though, bad boy!). I am wanting to get the correct rear speakers, but there is no official recommendation on the Klipsch website. Which should I choose? The RB61s or the RB 51s to complete my 7.1 system? Thanks in advance for the help in making my choice!
Moderators dtel Posted May 24, 2008 Moderators Share Posted May 24, 2008 Don't really know much about the R series, but I would think RS or RB would be the best answer depending on if you wanted the S design for the sides and B, more direct for the rears ? 51 or 61, don't really know how much of a difference there is between the two myself ? Almost forgot Welcome to the forum. This section is a little slow some times, but most of the time you will still get an answer. Hopefully someone with more experience with the R series will answer. InVeNtOr
welcome to the forums! first off, what size is your room? if it's too small then a 7.1 setup won't work that well. if the room is big enough and you want to get the extra speakers, i would say get another pair of the rs-52's. btw that is the same set up i will be buying as soon as my house is built...around august this year.
