BigStewMan
Hey OB if you're out there..this cold one is for you my friend. beautiful day in southern california, cold beer (moosehead of course) listening to a Moody Blues concert DVD. since my separation from my wife eight months ago, i never hooked up my sound system....until today. the jury is still out as to whether or not my neighbors will still like me. those of us that have diminishing hearing tend to crank up the volume a bit. anyway, if you're out there, hope you are having a wonderful day....and the same goes to all of you Forum Brethren. SWL
Slightly different........but this hobby was one of the things that helped me get through a tough time three years ago when my wife passed away. Good luck to you. []
BigStewMan
Thank you SWL--I spent six weeks in Milwaukee in the late 70's. I was in the Coast Guard and our ship was in drydock in Milwaukee (then subsequently in Sturgeon Bay) had good times in both places. I was amazed that i could be walking through a neighborhood and at the corner, which i presumed was just another house, was a neighborhood pub. The midwest holds a special place in my heart. oldbuckster
Thank You, the tunes do help, don't they ? You should try some DELBERT McCLINTON, the man knows about the roadblocks in the road of life, and will probably put a smile on your face. Hang in there Stew ..............
