modoc48
I have a 60" LCD sitting on a converted KLF 20 center. What would be an effective vibration material to sit it on ? Rubber , Foam , corkboard any ideas would be greatly appreciated
RockOn4Klipsch
The foam or rubber would probably give the TV an unbalanced stature I would say taht was safe. The corkboard would probably be better of them, why not build a small shelf around the KLF to fit snug and set the tv on it .
colterphoto1
anything soft or spongy might get stuck to the speaker finish over time. Vibration shouldn't be an issue if you are using the center set to SMALL. I just use some closed cell poly or a towel between my KLF-C7 and 46" plasma. TNRabbit
Sorbethane Risers:http://avrisers.net/ They're closed down while the owner moves, but they'll be back up taking orders within the next 30 days.
Groomlakearea51
Piece of nice wood with a "sandwich" thin rubber gasket material between the speaker and that piece of wood. A good material is the tool box drawer liner material available at home depot, wall mart, etc. It's thin enough to not be very noticable. Hope that is of some assistance.
