jeepers - I love the retro design of this product, but that does not mean it should be 3-4 generations behind on other tech. Really hard to get the BT to connect and the mobile app just hangs trying to find the device. Figured a firmware update may help solve the issue then that turns into this headache. Thanks for the update Bruce I will have to dig around and see if I can find a really old USB stick. Also when I looked up anything related to update, upgrade, firmware from the Search support on the Klipsch website it returned 0 results. When I used the chat, it kept responding with "Do you have a question  - bot" and responded the same way for any question...very poor support service. Does not matter if they have a top-end product if they don't support it. So much money poured into marketing and very little investment after to keep customers.

Hello! I’m curious if anyone knows if the nine speakers will turn on automatically when they detect an incoming signal?   For example, I was thinking of purchasing the Sonos port, which includes analog and digital outputs that I could connect to the nines… I’m hoping to be able to control playback to the port via the Sonos app and have the speakers turn on automatically without having to manually turn them on each time I want to listen to music.   very curious for anyone’s experience here! Thank you in advance🎵 

If you have an Atmos setup your surrounds should be a direct radiating design instead of wide dispersion.

Then there were these guys?  Lawdy, talk about levelling up?  I'd worked an early show at the old Cleveland Music Hall and left scratching my head.  So when the tours levelled up and into the old Cleveland stadium for the "World Series of Rock" in 74 I got the nod.  So grabbed a gaggle of 12 frineds to come up for the show.    ELP running Quad in Cleveland stadium?  HOW was this gonna work out and sound?  It was or should be insane cause "Quad" was the way the industry was gonna go "they" said.  A HUGE show for Cleveland but not like the Beatles when they played but huge none-the-less.  They always liked to come to Cleveland they said.  Bet they said that to all the girls too.  😂   ALL I know is for as hard as I worked that week it was prolly the best and most rewarding show I ever worked.     The Quad flat KILLED it circling inside just lifting everyone up and outta the place.  I almost bought a Marantz Quad receiver and went for it but thought twice.  What if it doesn't?      That ONE song that has this non-Catholic dude running the beads every time?  Ahhhhhmazing in Quad that day.     The friends?  They lived.
