For the first time ever, Klipsch will be demonstrating the ENTIRE Heritage product lineup at CES this year. In addition, we'll be posting daily "vlogs" on our YouTube channel (and will also be available on our website at klipsch.com/ces during CES - stay tuned for that and for more announcements)

Lots of exciting things going on!

    CES 2018 is Jan 9-12.

PLEASE fix your ordering process, ordering direct should be a quick easy pleasant experience, when you can not reach people by phone that is not good. Klipsch pushes ordering direct, but needs to deliver on that, it also should be equal to or better then ordering from newegg, best buy, crutchfield, b+h photo etc.

    Agreed.

We are working on this in fact. 2018 will bring about many big changes to our ecommerce systems.

    Thanks.

    Bingo.

There are enough rules. I appreciate the suggestions though.

    @Chad

My wife orders a t shirt for me on Dec 5th as a Christmas present.  She received a confirmation number for the order.  Since that time she has been unable to get any further information on the order.  She's made multiple calls to Klipsch and Corporate Imaging Inc.  They keep pointing the finger at each other and telling her to call the other party.  I need to know who I can call to help her straighten this out.  She's pretty much fed up with the whole ordeal and ready for me to assume the battle.

Hey Sorry I just saw this, and for the troubles.

Unfortunately, our online "gear store" provider is pretty flaky. We will be replacing them soon, from what I understand.

In the meantime, PM me the order details and I'll see what I can do to help resolve. It may not be much, but I'll attempt.

    Thanks

  5. Guys, even I don't have an easy way to delete them in batches. I've requested assistance from the forum software developers.

(Also, no need to ping me multiple times on a thread within the same day... ;-) )

  6. Hello,

We've updated the Forum Guidelines/ Rules with the following addition:

    --------

    Multiple Profiles

It is officially against the rules for one person to have multiple forum profiles. This does not mean one household (IP Address) cannot have multiple profiles associated with it, however we have the right to warn or ban members who abuse this. If we determine - through investigating reported posts, IP addresses on posts, or other investigation - that a person is using more than one forum profile account to post for ANY reason, they will receive a single warning unless their actions are deemed more severe in terms of rule/policy/law breaking, in which case they would be banned. Upon receiving their only warning, the user will have a chance to choose which profile account they wish to keep, and the Klipsch Forum Admin will delete the other account and its posts. Any further infractions from that person will result in immediate banning from the forum.

    --------

In addition, we will be asking each member to re-accept the rules (since they have changed in this way) upon their next login (you should receive a simple prompt to do so).

If you have any questions, please ask me. Thanks

Just wanted to mention another issue that popped up with the online ordering system. I saw that the Gate was on Sale for one day only from 12/5 to 12/6. I was considering purchasing this item. I finally made the decision to pull the trigger and buy the Gate On Sale for $99. instead of the normal $179. It is 8:49 pm on the 6th of December and I just went to the klipsch.com website and it has already been taken off the Sale Price Offering and put back to the $179. price. I thought that a one day sale from 12/5 to 12/6 actually meant that the Sale would expire at midnight on the 6th of December but I guess not. Having trouble understanding how the online purchasing works.Any guidance from Klipsch would be helpful.

    Hi,

Please submit a ticket at support.klipschgroupinc.com so our customer support team can assist you with this. I've also made a note of this particular issue.

    Thanks!

I am a longtime Klipsch Owner and Supporter. I recently moved and had to give up on my Klipsch wired surround system and decided to go with the Klipsch RSB-11 that I ordered on 11/23 and it was shipped on 11/25. I also ordered an RW-1 wireless speaker. I got an e-mail last night showing that if you purchase an RW-1 between 12-1 to 12-15 that you can get one Free with the purchase. So Buy One-Get One. I contacted Kibo at the Toll Free Number and was told that my order didn't qualify for the BOGO Free deal. I told Kibo that if I had made my purchase at a Klipsch Authorized Retailer such as Best Buy that I would have 30 Days to return my purchase for a Full Refund or that I could expect to get the newer offer of BOGO Free. The person from Kibo was very unsympathetic and cold as in Bah Humbug. Klipsch on their web site states that: If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it for a full refund. Return it with an RMA , which you can generate from the "My Account" section, within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing list. Klipsch on their website states in many places that they want their Customers to be Happy with their purchases. I am not happy with the way I am being treated by Kibo and I expected Better from Klipsch. If I had known that this is the way my purchase would be treated, I would have gone to Best Buy so that I could return my purchase if a Sale that is currently ongoing wouldn't be Honored. I ordered the RSB-11 and RW-1 only 12 days ago, I am not anywhere near the 30 Day Guarantee point. I need some HELP from Klipsch on this issue...Is anyone listening???

    Hi,

Yes we are listening, and I suggest submitting a ticket at support.klipschgroupinc.com - we'll do our best to help you out with this!

  10. Hi there,

Your best bet is to contact our customer support team here: http://support.klipschgroupinc.com. They will better be able to assist you.

But I can tell you that the red switch you speak of is the voltage input switch, and you should have it on the setting for the voltage used in your house. Typically it'll be the lower setting in the U.S (110/115/120v - depending on the product). More info on this here: http://www.voltagevalet.com/elec_guide.html

Try flipping the switch back. If the sub doesn't turn on after that, contact support.

    Thanks!

Usually, when a thread runs its course, it just fades down the pages as other threads supplant it.

this is SO not the case.

People love to dig up old threads for no real reason.

Those 2 threads went off the rails and the topics were addressed and I saw there was no real value in keeping them open for discussion, which would have just meant more back & forth about ultimately frivolous things.
