Wow! Yeah, the amp in this thing looks awesome! Everyone at school is jealous of them! But you know there is always some D.A. who says their logitech x220's are better... Yeah, and he thinks his eMachines is the most top-of-the-line computer on the market. Yeah right.
D***, I didnt realize that. Sunfire was saying something about one of their subs having an impact punch of 150 pounds. I will try to find it later and post it up. They were also saying if you were under 150 pounds, you could stand on it and youll go up and down. I found that kind of humorous...
Are you sure you are not talking about muddiness? I know a sub I built with a Sony Explod 10" was very muddy. At first I thought it sounded good, but there was no detail whatsoever. As for me right now, the sub on my PM 4.1 is plenty.
Thats weird, mine was really easy to come off. Of course I was furious that they didnt work, so I guess some adrenaline was flowing or something. lol. Anyways, have you tried a drill or an electric screwdriver with a bit extender? That may work. Or do what I did and get mad because they dont work. But I fixed mine. BTW, does opening the subwoofer void the warranty?
Hey, I have noticed while listening to music that the suond surrounds me. How does it do it? All my speakers are in front of me. Also, I corner-loaded my sub, and the sweet spot is about seven feet in front of it, that is where the bass can get you sick!
That is one thing I noticed also, the sub looks like it is about to shoot out the cabnet. But they have very high excursion, I know the signature has 2.5 inches of it!
Who? Me or him? If you are talking to me, yes, I do have the program. I like the features and everything. I dont use i tvery often, though... On my old burner that had Nero, it always froze my computer up. But if you opened the CD tray, it was fine. My computer has issues...
Hey, the PM 2.1 forum did this, so I thought we could. Name the song, artist, and then genre. Like this: Vogue, Madonna, Pop. At the beginning of this song it sounds awesome. All I know is that Madonna songs tend to have alot of bass...
You can get a new control pod, but Klipsch is sold out or whatever right now. I think they are $50. It is the newer version with the better crossover and head phone and the input jacks.
The dude must have hooked it up wrong or something because I almost passed out when they tested one of their subs (probably the Signature). I was sooooo dizzy afterwords. But also they have the rooms with the beefed up acustics...
Do ya'll think the older Bose, like twenty years ago, were they any good? My Mom has the either the Acoustimass 5 or 25. I really dont know or care. Just wanted an opinion...
So how did your water cooling break? It shouldnt have fried your 4.1's. Try hooking them up to a portable CD player or to a friend's computer to see what happens.
