Well, just for the sake of it, I just emailed the guy and asked for the serial #'s and if he would post some pics without the grills on.

He also bought everything new in 2011, so they are all fairly new as far as Heritage gear goes.

This would be a good time to contact the guy if anyone wanting spare parts. perhaps he would do so. someone could get the version 1 networks if desired or the drivers. I am seeking a 3rd to lay on its side as a big *** center channel. Though I don't want a black one or a beater than smells of cat.

The grey horn and serial #'s make it to be a version 1. Odd that it appears to have the shorter ports.

Here is a fairly rough pair of version 1's on the cheap. I have never found those commercials particularly interesting, whether from the old guy or the new one, and just fast forward through them all like any other pointless ad. I think they need another theme, myself. On another note, without any push from their ads, I do like Dos Equis and it is what I always have on hand, along with Guiness.

Francois, your set up looks nice. The Epics look formidable as well. I noticed you have the gold jumpers plates removed. To what amp are your CF3's hooked up to?

Unfortunately, your need for a pick-up is possibly killing opportunities to move them. My Epic CF3's were shipped to me across country. The guy who I bought them from cocooned each of them in bubble wrap and built semi rigid boxes he cobbled together from a refrigerator box and wrapped it around them. The boxes looked a bit rough to be sure, though they arrived quite nicely even though he shipped them with their speaker spikes on and they all poked through both boxes, which gave me a laugh.

Great price on a very nice looking pair of Epics. If anyone local to these is interested in the idea of using one of the CF3's as a center channel as I am, perhaps, we can buy them and split them up. As well though, it would need to be shipped out to me across the country.
