Don't forget pie slice logos. Mmmmmmm, pie! <drool>

Sounds like you know most of what I know, Michael. I am sure there are more but off the top of my head: F/FII, CII, Quartet, KGs with no decimal like KG4 not KG4.5. Somebody correct me if I am wrong on the KGs. Prices, who knows they are local so no shipping or driving issues. Forte 350-600, Chorus about the same little less for Quartet. I sold my KG4s a million years ago for $400 and would pay that to have them back today...but I think 150-250 is more then reasonable if they are in good shape and not black.

I couldn't take it any longer and cheated...have to take myself out of the running. To be honest I never would have gotten it. -
Would you paint your speakers if you could?

Forget black. How about a flame job? Sounds like you have the skill set to do that in your sleep. -

That last set of lyrics just screams to have "rain" in place of the ..............s. However I have no idea what the song is. -
Cal, if I am reading your post right your current mains are black F1s? Then for sure you have to get these. Paint them black and the scratch is a non-issue. A 4 Forte HT would be killer. I really and I mean really liked my Chorus/Forte HT. Having them all the same would be just that much better for multichannel music. Get on it man![6] Those on your shopping list will understand.

That is a great deal. You need to do a little work on the scratch...but the corners are clean. No connection with seller...bla..bla..bla http://cgi.ebay.com/pair-of-Klipsch-Forte-floor-speakers-Large-and-Rare_W0QQitemZ5836063239QQcategoryZ61378QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I find a better method is to post the answer real quick...confirm it if you need to...then edit the post for the next set of lyrics. I am cool with your challenge...play on with CP1's!!! EDIT: I was really scrambling to get that last one of JB's I knew it would not last long. Between thinking it was an Eagles song, not Joe Walsh and having Rocky Mountain High stuck in my head as the name I was about to pull my hair out. Then for some reason Life's Been Good To Me So Far" popped into my head and I was on the Joe Walsh express...good fun![] -

Edit - Man, Stiffed again [] CP1, we are gonna start calling you 'RAY' if ya keep that up...no problem we will go with Michaels current pick. -

Thanks, O! I am off to listen to music, watch some movies and eat turkey with all of my in laws that are in town for the extended weekend. I think they just might like movies in my HT, what do you think? You all have a safe and happy holiday! Hint (just for Max) it is a Neil Young song [] I expect a good one from you next time I check in. -

It's Not Peculiar - Husker Du Gimme a minute or two Max, and I will throw you a softball as long as you promice to make your next one in english. EDIT: Now batting for the Greek Gods Number 13, Max G...batter up. Out of the blue and into the black They give you this, but you pay for that And once youre gone, you can never come back When youre out of the blue and into the black. The king is gone but hes not forgotten This is the story of a johnny rotten Its better to burn out than it is to rust The king is gone but hes not forgotten. -

You posted when I was.....I think I am on it now. Minnesota, Bob Mould, Husker Du....great band...love his single stuff too. Got to figure out the song now. So many of them I know the song but not the title of the song. Candy Apply Gray? Warehouse Stories? Other LP??? That will be final hint. -

rplace replied to ranjith's topic in 2-Channel Home Audio
sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! Somebody on the forum has to get these. Let's take guesses at what the final price will be. I say 5,200 dollars. That is only 100 dollars a week for a year and they are paid for [] -

Sure thing...will do. If he was from venus, would he feed us with a spoon? If he was from mars, wouldnt that be cool? Standing right on campus, would he stamp us in a file? Hangin down in memphis all the while. They sing Im in love. whats that song? Im in love with that song. Cerebral rape and pillage in a village of his choice. Invisible man who can sing in a visible voice. Feeling like a hundred bucks, exchanging good lucks face to face. Checkin his stash by the trash at st. marks place. I never travel far, without a little big star Runnin round the house, mickey mouse and the tarot cards. Falling asleep with a flop pop video on. If he was from venus, would he meet us on the moon? If he died in memphis, then thatd be cool, babe. -

If Max and JB are on the right track about boy band...somebody needs to send a call out to the Klipsch Goodfellas and put a beatn' on Ray. [6] Come on Ray, say it ain't so.[:'(] -
Michael, the price is right - go get em both! Aren't the drivers/horns the same in Khorn and LsScala? You were saying you wanted to build a cornscala. If you get both pairs in one trip you will have one to keep for the corners of your room and the other pair to go with one of your many Corns to feed the cornscala project. Are you still sitting there reading this? I thought you would be in the truck by now.

Hmmm, looks like my Twilight Zone was right...but I lost my posting privileges by going to lunch while I waited to hear back from O. I gotta start looking these up on Google once I think I am right. No idea on Ray's latest. Anyone know what this is? Class? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone seen this before? -

Twilight Zone with a big ? Can't think of the artist/band. I want to say Golden Earing, but the song was mid-late 80s wasn't it; and Golden Earing was the much earlier Radar Love band no? [*-)][8-)] -
I have seen many industrial Heresies that are normal i.e. square back. I thought this stage monitor stood up with the woofer on the bottom might have been what you were thinking of, then when I found the picture I realized they had handles and your first post said no handles. So you must have seen a different animal then I ever have. At any rate what you describe sounds interesting. I think somebody with a little more ambition then me needs to document every type of Heresy ever produced. I would be very interested to know the total. With H1 to H3 now, all the finishes, all the configurations (industrial, standard, decorator, etc.) the number would have to be in the low 100s don't ya think? Well at least more then 3 []
