  1. Well its time for a new receiver then. I think this time I am going with a denon just because Yamaha let me down lol Most of my gear that I own lasts me more than 4 years!
  2. Man isn't life a biaatch sometimes? Today I finally got after a two month wait the Klipsch Reference SW8 Sub in Silver color. To match my RSx4's. After hooking everything up I started to notice a buzzing sound from my center channel. A buzzing sound very mid sound pitched...if you concentrate on it it ruins the movie experience. Ive had this Yamaha 795 reciever for more than 4 years. I tried everything even changing the cables around and its not the center channel speaker as I took my left surround and hooked it up to the center jacks on the back of the receiver...same thing. Did anyone ever had this problem? I have a gut feeling my receiver went pow pow

I read something here that the Sanus stands were a bit unstable for the RSXs ... is that from an older model? Are yours fairly stable "out of the box"? Thanks, Jeff ---------------- Perhaps unstable for the RSX'5's cause they are bigger and a bit heavier? Because the Sanus stands are meant for my rsx4's. Its a "perfect" setup...too perfect. And they are more than stable
  4. Hello Cheerdude I wouldn't know if the RB1 speaker stands work out well for the rsx4's I tried looking for a manual or somethin online...but i also did not do alot of research on those stands. Would the sanus stands do a better job? Hell yeah! The sanus stands works perfect that you think they were made especially for the rsx4s. They screw on very nicely...sturdy....the satellites will never fall off. No velcro...no bullcrap. I am looking at my stands right now as I type and they are beautifully set up. I have the silver stands to match my silver rsx4's. What I love about the stands is the isolation..they have spike feet. But there is no better speaker stand than the sanus Esats. I bought the stands at onecall.com -ant
  5. Awesome!!! That makes me happy that all went smooth and that you will take care of them...they are very good speakers that needed someone's love hehehe Take care bro and enjoy! -anthony
  6. I agree...I could never shell a grand for a subwoofer unless I have cash coming out of my rear lol -ant
  7. JBL does suck in other areas to a certain extent lol! -ant
  8. Yo bro that is a freakin steal! Where you buy it?!? I was supposed to go to my audio dealer last week but the snow storm set me back...cause I cannot drag the sub on a dolly on the snow all the way to where I live. I decided I will not purchase the RW-8 but the RW-10 instead! I am getting it in silver which my dealer now is taking orders. -antonio
  9. I am happy with 5.1 and don't feel the need for more speaker setup. I mean in Jet Li's Kiss Of The Dragon....in one scene the nunchucks swoosh right in my ears as If I was there. Incredible! -ant
  10. I think you gotta be rich to buy these speakers huh?
  11. This was one smooth transaction. Enjoy tdguinness! -antonio
