*Public Service Announcement* Parents, US teens have an incresingly difficult time growing up in our current society. Alcohol and Drug abuse is rampant. It claims the lives of so many of are young ones, and you may ask "what can I do?". Well there is plenty. Sit down with your child; talk with them. Then gently ask the question: Crack or Klipsch? One will kill you, both will get you in debt. Klipsch is my anti drug, and my kids too. *End Public Service Anonuncement* Joe "I like '!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' alot!!!"

picky, How much did the Klipsch logo cost you? Joe

Belles=refrigerators? HAHAHAHA! Thats hilarious. Thanks chster23 I needed that one. Heres assuming that the Ref towers are likened to choir singers, look good, sound good. However, the belles look like an opera singer, ya know the big'ole stereotypical one thats all decked out in viking gear. Well, at the end of the night, which one can truly belt it out and scream louder? [] Joe "you would have to test drive both of them on two sepereate nights" -
OT: Jamo has new flagship speakers, check them out!!! (big wow)

wow, those look... different. I too would like to know how they sound. To me they look like a pair of Martin Logans with actual woofers on them Joe -
Poll: Should Klipsch sell the THX 120 subs to The EAR?
el jopez replied to Tom Adams's topic in Home Theater
I think The Ear should be denied access to all subs and forced to hand them to forum members. Its a nice thought right? Joe "btw I voted yes" -

I never would, nor would I tire of lisetning to it too! I cannot wait when my setup is complete, and it will be slightly similar. BK Ref 50 Pre and possibly a Adcom 5-7 channel amp RF-35, RC-7 RSW 15 and to finish it off a Samsung 50" DLP which is perfect for gaming. klipschster23, rock on! Joe -

ah, good info. Prince: I did follow your review of the Rotel and the Halo 2 channel amp on the HTGuide forum. Very good read which I keep going back to for referrence in possibly buying a A21. KEV: Currently I have a stereo setup with the Halo 23 amp. I am contemplating a purchase of a 5 channel amp which if I stay with the Halo line will be a A52. Like most gear reveiws I see the pros and cons, but it doesnt make to much of a difference to me since I myself havent autitioned them in my enviroment. Indy: My bad, I had read about the voice matchin on the forum from other posters before, thats where I pulled the blurb from. Like I said, I am looking at buying a 5 channel amp in the near future. Right now I have a 2 channel Halo amp with a B&K Ref 50 Pre/Pro. Since Klipsch has unloaded a few Aragon peices on eBay I may take a gander at a good 5 channel peice and sell the Halo or buy another Halo amp to compliment it. However at this point I have yet to outrule either B&K or Rotel amps. But to clarify, my empahsis is stereo, with HT coming in 2nd. Joe

Opinions, preferences? The only thing I know about Aragon is that Klispch speakers are voiced matched to them, that is about it. Joe

I dont know but wav format seems to be ok with me, no comprimise in audio quality in my opinion. Sure its a HUGE file but with the price of HD's these days, its nothing to complain about so audio compression is out the window. 130 USD for a 300 GB HD doesnt seem to bad to me at all!

This morning the poor soul that I am decided to wait in line oustide Best Buy in the hopes of buying an Xbox 360.... I was within 3 people of getting one [] , however having stood there for several hours in the very cold morning hours I decided to walk into BB and shop around, maybe get the HDTV DLP for the 360 later in the future. This BB had the weirdest walk-in surround sound experience you could imagine. It was a octagonal shaped cubicle roughly 5ft in diameter with an lcd touch pad to select the systems. The speakers they had to demo were a few yamies and of course Bose. In my honest opinion this setup potentially hurts Bose sales since you can actually demo other speakers in an a small enclosed enviroment and it is painfully obvious how truly deficient the cubes really are in a surround sound enviroment. Increasing the volume does not help.[+o(] I have never heard a bose 5.1 setup in this way even with the true center channel.... the Yammies by far sounded better. Anyone who says that Bose is worth a couple grand is most def of their rocker. No excuses. Joe.

Figures he would have no comprehension of Hi-Fi audio products or the history of the market. I guess if it looks good, then it must sound good. After all Jessica Simpson sells quite a few albums everyonce in a while. Now go forth and spread the message, making disciples of many, and correcting those in error. Joe

Word to the wise, don't listen to colter for to long, or his passion (could substitue for madness) for Klipsch will have you purchasing the mighty Klipschorn within a week.[] Joe "I swear I will go broke"

Now if only we can get those matching floor and bookshelf speakers stateside: http://www.cinenow.com/us/reportage.php/sid,14262/ I know those would sell since jet/ash black doesnt always ride well with some households. Joe
-
I dunno, but to me that sounds like an incredible deal! Welcome to the forum and the Klipsch Sound, or a taste of the greatness yet to come! Yes, the speakers you now have invested in will beat out any HTIB system period, period. Im not sure about the actual RSX series, but Im sure you could wall mount them if that was an option for you. If you dont mind, give further specs on the layout of your room, size etc. Joe

Of course, its the best! There is no need for Homeland Security, since no one has the balls enough to take it over. With guys like these who else do ya need? : And of course with exotic women theres nothing much more a guy could want: Tis paradise on earth. Joe

SOLD! I will enjoy these college years well, for this will be the only time I get to build my sound system. You guys are going to make me go broke. Joe "next will be K Horns"

It will be commonly agreed that for a better musical experience, to go with Corns over 35's, right? Joe "a little more reassurance here people"

well shoot, It feels as if I bought my RF 35 yesterday, and now Im considering Corns? How do people finance all this? Joe "dam upgraditis"
