I have a TD 150 with a rega 250 and I think it is wonderful. You did well and I think you will be pleased. Dave is a really knowledgeable guy. He knows his TT's and combinations with tonearms/cartridges.

Got the lascalas out of the jeep and in the house. Cleaned them up and hooked them up. Sound really nice. SN 8937580 and 8937579. Crossovers are AL type. Can anyone give me info on these Xovers? Also if I read the info correctly these were made in the 37th week of 1989, correct? Thanks for any info on these. Brien

Wow how things can change! I called and made arrangements to see and buy the Choruses. An hour later the guy calls and they are sold. Bummer!! Next am I see an ad in the local paper for LaScalas AND Heresy ll's for sale. Call the guy drive right over and they are in great shape and the guy takes $750 for all! I thought that was a pretty good price. Did I screww up? Brien

I got a line on some Choruses. Not sure what model but the guy wants $400 for the pair. He says they sound great with no sonic problems. Black cabinets. Fair price? what is the general opinion of these ? Thanks for any input.

several warning signs: 1st is he is selling the heresys and their packing boxes seperately; 2nd low feedback rating, look for 98.8 or higher, $20 pick up fee =more cash. I would steer clearpersonally. I've bought several marantz receivers on ebay and I learned the hard way. Take your time and good luck. Brien

Just purchased a pair of Heresy speakers 1983, birch unfinished. Not here yet, but, I heard somewhere that it might be a good idea to update the crossovers. Also, I saw a pair that had mdf 3/4 " thick replaced the back panels. I didnt get to hear them. Any one have input on these mods? How much are new crossovers? I obviously will listen to them before I make any changes. I'm new here and just to fill you in, I listen to vinyl rnr, jazz, occasional classical. My source is thorens td 150 and 145 through a marantz 2235 and a marantz 2275. Just got back into audio and really having alot of fun. Thanks for any input.
