Amen to that. I can watch and/or listen to Imus but not Stern. Stern is too sick for me. How much fun can you make of some of those poor people? Not for me.

If you're from Arkansas and remember summer nights and AM radio then it has to be the Cardinal's.

OB Yeah , I know. Should have kept the bell-bottoms. There are advantages. We don't have to learn a bunch of new lyrics all the time. At least some of these record companies are re-releasing the old ones on cd now. Some are cleaned up and actually sound better. At least all my grandkids know that Paul McCartney was in a band before Wings. Every time the 4-year old gets into my truck it's................."Play Lynyrd Skynyrd Grandpa!" Ah, the joys of grandpahood.

Buckster, I stand corrected. Governor. Yes that has a nice ring to it. I have this album that I keep close to the TT. This one has all the classic's. Homo Erectus Somethings Wrong With the Beaver Wild Man from Borneo They Ain't Makin Jews like Jesus Anymore Well, a redneck nerd in a bowlin' shirt was guzzlin' Lone Star beer, talkin' religion and politics for all the world to hear...............

From what I've heard and observed nothing but convenience. And they are that.

But, you are the man.

At least Imus plays a good Kinky Freidman song on occasion.

OK, it's coming back to me now. Whiskey for the cook and his helpers. Beer for the cook and his helpers and if some made it into the jambalaya, dat was OK too. And then, uh, yes, more whiskey, stir the pot, check the bugs...........................And then it was Monday???

I believe that ya'll left out part of that recipe. In northern La, (Monroe-whole different country), whiskey and beer were a large part of the ingredients.

Big Piney replied to Fish's topic in General Klipsch Info
It was "free" for me.A friend had an extra ticket and called me up,an offer I could not refuse. The sound was quite good, the highpoint of the concert for me.To be honest I'd rather see pulse live but who can complain with a free ticket? Excellent!!! -

This was a free concert? Sounds nice. And all in all was a good sounding concert. Similar to Pulse sound? -

Emerson, Lake and Palmer's Brain Salad Surgery Tour in 1974 was in Quadraphonic Sound which was basically surround sound. The technical experts here may know the difference but there were surround speakers at the back and the music swirled around the arena. Pretty awesome. -
I didn't know Trey Cannon was a TV Show . . . [][][] This is an action pose.

If anyone has $1.4Mill they're not using, here is a car...

http://www.channel4.com/4car/feature/feature.jsp?id=1067 Click on : video test drive. Shows this car on a test track in the snow going sideways (controlled slide) at an undetermined speed. Among other things. That's it. There are many more video's available. You can search if you are interested. Evidently this has been around a while. Jeesh, man, I need to get out a little more often. -

Don't know if this is the one or not but it's pretty good. http://www.leftlanenews.com/2005/12/14/bugatti-veyron-video-with-driving-0-130-mph-footage/ -

That is how the manufacturer gets the cost of the car up to 2 mill without being too obvious.[] In-flight refueling? -

Since vehicles topping 200 mph tend to go airborne, the Veyron shifts shape, deploying a blunt spoiler and mammoth air wing that adjust their angles based on speed. Jam the brakes at 125 mph or more and the wing morphs into an air brake, like landing flaps on a fighter jet. -

Look again. It does have wings! -
Buckster, One of my close friends is a vet and is currently undergoing chemo. He has Hep A, B, & C. He thinks he got it in Korea. Anyway, the VA is treating him but it is very excruciating to endure. You are correct in your advice to get tested. To catch it now is better than waiting! The choices narrow as you wait.
