Cal Verizon, like other carriers, contracts with repair facilities to do their repair work. They no longer do the work themselves. If your son has any component repair skills he could replace it himself, although I'm not real familiar with Palm products, so I don't know how hard it is to get inside one. If not, I would call your local Verizon agent and see who they use for repair. We don't do repair here anymore...Cell phones, like everything else, have gotten more complicated and aren't cost effective for us to work on, with all of the camers and screens etc. that can give you problems. Let me know if you don't get a good answer from anyone and I will call my guy at Verizon corporate and see what I can find out. KG

Fini I'm a cell phone distributor, and I just happen to have a like new Sony Ericcson T616 on my desk that I will be happy to send you at no charge. It's a sample- don't have any cost in it, so glad to help out if you need one. It does have the Li Ion battery, but I don't have a charger for it. You can probably get one at Wal Mart for around $10.00 or so. You will also need to get a sim card from Cingular to replace your lost one. Just insert and you are ready to go!
