  1. How much are you willing to spend on a unit with all those features??
  2. This is not my decision! I agree with everyone...I love the SWS. The problem was simply that it wasn't selling at the price it needed to be. We may look for an alternative in the future, or perhaps resurrect it, but nothing has been decided yet.
  3. Call the RMA department and see what their plans are with your return. We may have enough for a few replacments--if not, unfortunately, it will have to be a refund. We have no plans as of now to manufacture more.
  4. Make sure the 1/8" ends are stereo and not mono...
  5. That item is not sold in any stores. We should have more in stock by the end of this month.
  6. Update: We may NOT be making more of these. Sorry I could have jumped the gun. We are still determining the fate of the SWS. I will keep everyone informed.
  7. We are making more of the 120v version... As far as the 230v version, it has nothing to do with us "wanting" to or not... the demand is not there. If enough people went to dealers requesting this, maybe they would listen.
  8. Sorry, I don't have a confirmation date at this time. I will let you know as soon as I do.
  9. No problem, just let me know what you find out!
  10. Jacko, We have sold thousands upon thousands (upon thousands...) of multimedia systems since the v2-400 in 1999, and this forums represents a handful of those consumers. I'm sorry you're having trouble, but please understand that all of our products do not have known problems! Have you tried unplugging the system from the source completely and reseating all connections? Is it the speaker that's the problem, or the channel it is connected to in the subwoofer? Have you double checked all the wires for any damage?
  11. I understand you're upset, but please, let's not start name calling Did you call the number I mentioned above? Have you sent us any emails?
  12. ??! We are aware of no such problem! Did you call the number I mentioned above? Have you sent us any emails? Thank you!
  13. The 2.1 THX is still in production.
  14. If it does make you feel better, yes, you can order over the phone at 888-554-5665. However, I think it is more secure if you order over the web as well, because WE wouldn't even have access to you CC #!!! Not that anyone here would take advantage, of course
  15. The sale will last at least until the middle of January.
  16. Not to give you a sales pitch, but IMO (and not even b/c I work here), the SWS is a fantastic deal. You really can't find any match in the price range (or even a little pricier), and by getting 3 for only $300, you have all that versatility as well. You can hook one up to your soundcard, one to a sub-out on a recevier, and another up to whatever you please! For that reason, I would snag up this deal asap. If you just want a high quality sub for one application and can spend around $600, then by all means, shop around!! And for anyone not sure they'll be happy with the SWS, keep in mind we do have a 30-day money back guarantee. We don't think you'll be disappointed, though.
  17. Swap the green and purple plugs in the soundcard, and let me know if the fronts still don't work, or if the rears don't.
  18. You lost me on your last post. Unknown Coaxial almost always means a signal is not being passed out of the output device properly (in this case, your soundcard). What kind of soundcard is it, and how do you have it connected to the DD 5.1? What are you playing, what software are you using to play it, and is your soundcard set to digital out?
  19. That just means the DD 5.1 is not receiving a Dobly Digital signal. What do you have it hooked up to?
  20. It is a great deal, considering you can hook the SWS to any line level sub output...
  21. You would connect your soundcard (or whatever source) to the SWS first, then the PM 5.1 system to the SWS.
  22. Actually, all the lights should be red to get the best response out of the sub. Red does not mean "off," it just means you are sending all the low freq. signals to the sub instead of the sats.
  23. The ultimate gaming audio system just got more punch.... Purchase the award-winning GMX D5.1 digital speaker system, and get an SWS add-on subwoofer absolutely FREE! A $499.98 value, yours for $299.99!! http://store.klipsch.com/details.asp?prodID=46
