  1. This is one of my favorite sites. My pc usually runs 4-5 programs constantly and I usually leave it running. When I have a break in my work I check in and see what's happening. Love the modification page. Love my Klipsch audio. One of my favorite vices. HarryO
  2. Bill, I'm still fine tuning the Wallrus. (CornWALLchoRUS). I've also been working on a larger volume Heresy. Just going through different stages of playing around. I ought to leave well enough alone. All I'm doing is muddying up the footprints of a well traveled path. Harry
  3. Thank you Bill. BTW, was it you on the K-79s and 601s? HarryO
  4. Can a Chorus Owner Give me the size of the round ports on the lower motorboard? Thank you, HarryO
  5. My keyboard gave up the ghost. My apologies all. HarryO
  6. 3" aluminum plate with the Klipsch Logo and K-22 on them. They're faded out but still very legible. That's all I have to go

  13. Let me see how my new project comes out. I'll probably cut loose of the K-700's. I've got a couple of damaged pairs laying in storage. I have a pair of fire damaged ones that still work also. I'm trying to clean out a LOT of miscellaneous here in the apartment and the storage shed. I've gone from 3 sheds to 1 in the last 2 months. This latest Heresy project is working out nice with larger cabinets. Using the older large cast frame EV K-22's and slightly larger cabinet I've improved the bass tremendously and kept the smaller footprint on the Heresy. HarryO
  14. I bought a "rough" pair of Cornwalls yesterday. I have 1 K-600 now. I MAY let it go when the recent purchase arrives around the middle of the week. If you're still looking for 700 horns, you might want to get with BEC. I bought a pair of replacement lenses from him for a Heresy enlargement project I'm working on now. Very reasonable on price and nice sound. Smoother than the K-700 IMHO. They don't seem so "in your face" in my small room but after playing around with them they are a good match/replacement for the K-700 at a very reduced price. HarryO
  15. Hello again! I still need 1 K-600 horn lens (or a pair) from a Cornwall. Thank you, HarryO
  16. Michael, Contact Blake Briggs at Ovation Greenwood. I've overheard a few of his conversations on your application. HarryO
  17. I have to ask this. What is acoustically perfect? Morning Michael
  18. They do sound mighty fine. BTW, How's the second Klipsch system coming along?
  19. Ok Arf. Here goes. About 2-3 years ago they scrapped most of the old soundsystem in the RCA Dome. It consisted of almost 120 PS-400 Crown amps, a forth that many PS-200 Crowns, and multiple arrays of Altec VOTT. They were auctioned off mostly at Christys Auction here on the southside of Indy just a couple of blocks from my place. I bought quite a bit of the old system. What I didn't ebay or sell locally I kept for myself and Arf. I sold about a dozen pairs of the Altec 808b's and 811 horns. I kept 4 pairs for myself. I'm not sure what they replaced the Crowns and Altecs with, but lately when I've gone to a couple of Colts games you couldn't hear any of the sound system at times
  20. Michael, I'll drive over this evening and buy you out. I'll even throw in 2 floozies and a pair of Bose. HarryO
  21. I've got a pair of "79 Cornwalls and a pair of '82 Cornwalls.... BOTH pairs have the Positive on the right. Best to pull the backs to be sure. HarryO
  22. If they have rear access screws you can secure brackets or hooks to the rear and not damage your cabinets. I've hung many speakers using cable on the hooks without damaging the cabinets. Don't mess up nice old Heritage speakers please.
  23. I've seen fuses cause intermittant problems. I could see it being a slight possibility of fuses affecting sound. HarryO
  24. BS BUTTON, I had the pleasure of putting my eyes on Michaels Heresys. You did a beautiful job on them. Top Notch. HarryO
