  3. Yes, behind the screen. I have a 130" 2.35 Seymour AT screen. Wife, kids and I watch tons of movies.
  4. So I purchased Cinemahead's 3 - 904s a few months back for the LCRs of my home theater. I had considered running all heritage models ( kHorns, Quartets, etc.). Damn glad I saw the 904s for sale. My wife originally thought "what the hell are you doing with those and where are they going to go"! Now she can't wait to show off the system. Truly amazing sound. Effortless. I have them set up with 2 - 5800s for side surrounds, 4 -5800s in the ceiling for Atmos and 2- KG .5s for rears. Couldn't be happier. I run a Monolith 15" sub that finishes things off. I enjoy reading and being educated by you guys on all the forums. Thanks, RG
  5. I used four of them for my 5800s. I had used sound clips with a layer of 5/8" osb and 5/8" rock. They are solid, but I believe they are made to fit drop ceilings.
  6. I have KPT-904s for my LCRs and went with 5800C II for the ceiling Atmors (4), 5800W II for sides and KG .5 for rears. Love the sound and set up.
  7. Btw Your former KPTs are outrageous in my home theater set up!
  8. no parts list. Finally got some information from Klipsch. They don't sell them separately. Seeing if they can find a couple for me.
  9. I've got a ticket started with Klipsch... but no response after a week.
  10. billybob, I could try superglue. My thought would be that it would just snap off again. Right now it's holding fine with 3.
  11. I broke a dog ear off my 5800 during installation. A few attempts to contact Klipsch home office with no response. Any advice on getting a replacement dog ear?
  12. I am the original owner. 9.8 out of 10 cosmetically and 10/10 sound. I'm selling my KT setup as well which these were a part of. Asking $400 for the pair. No boxes so pick up only in southwest Minnesota. PM me for pics.
  13. For sale is a set of Klipsch KT LCRs and KT DS Pair. I am the second owner. Bought these as you see them with the goal of refinishing them some day. Now own KPT 904s for my mains and have 5800's in wall for sides. Cabinets 6/10 but drivers and sound 10/10. I'm asking $500 for the package. I have boxes for the DS but none for the LCRs. Local pick up only. Please PM with any questions.
  14. I have a pair. I"m in southwest Minnesota. No boxes. Wouldn't want to ship them. Black in color. If not mint/damn near.
  15. I am mounting two 5800's in columns for my side surrounds. The columns are filled with insulation. Do I need to put something (material, etc.) between the speaker and insulation? Any suggestions/recommendations are appreciated.
  16. My HT is about 740 sq ft. I did purchase a fan unit (AC Infinity S8) to put on top. I have looked at separate amps and will consider as funds allow.
