  1. Thinking you managed the oysters as a gift for LF...good thinking...
  2. Good morning you homebrewers out there. Guessing they are in the bottle now continuing to make natural carbonation, in a cool, but not too cool place out of the light. Mr. Brewer uses a glass 6 gallon bottle for his brew in order to stretch it some. Our whole block in Tally was homebrew central. They would experiment on me, with their extra hopped, licorice, and other blends. The biggest takeaway was the strerility required for the whole process. Neighbor there used some empty sparkling, Champagne bottle for brewing. Worked really well. There is even a process for brewing in the keg. Went to a party back then near the college where there were several taps hooked to the keg. Geting thirsty now. Rain in California! who would have thought...
  3. Those are airbags dtel... Bruce, that boat looks like floating on air...nice Welp, 6 meteors in 2 nights of watching a bit. Coffee for the big baby...
  4. Saw just a couple tonight from car ride. A hammock is really a good way to go now. Got a crank in my neck from always looking up and working above my head some. Doctor said to stop looking up. Crescent moon coming up.
  5. So your the one that don't drink coffee ! Don't worry as you can see "anything constructive" is not a requirement here, it's closer to anything goes, but no I don't mean the naked pictures of you but the cat's nice. I like cats but don't have a cat anymore, it died of old age and now we have a little hyperactive min pin dog and I am a little worried about adding a cat. Coytee and his cat are welcome here. I have a computer cat also. Great help with keyboard. Don't worry dtel, the dog would not be in any harm with a cat around...
  6. Almost sold my sub. What was I thinking. Waiting to jam with coffee cable guy when he learns the guitar. Bookshelves have my interest as well. Enjoy!
  7. I hear you. For such a small package, 1 of the set with a sub for $2000. Think that's right, lol The KA1000 missing to power the subs, another $1000...

  11. Saw 4...the first and best 12:45 my time. Thinking others saw more since was driving
  12. I will let you know what I see...City lights not conducive. Just an old country boy here. If I get a hammock and lay in it, I may never get out of it. Perfect for stargazing I would think.
  13. Yes it would. No telling what else you may see from that POV. Thanks
  14. When driving weekends, I too see the stray shooting star, meteor. These could well last the weekend.
  15. And many more... :emotion-29:
  16. Good job you electricians, tree decorators, and fish, boat, organ folks. It is always nice when you are given a clue as to what your mate wants for Christmas. For instance. I have been stiff of late and wanted a deep hand massage. Viola, saw a box the other day with a Shiatsu back massager in a shopping bag. Careful what you ask for... Drinking coffee since 58... Wrestling with cables since 82...trying to quit...
  17. I'll be looking while on my run this weekend. Thanks for the heads up!
  18. THIS is a great set. That should absolutely fabulous! Goin Down
  19. Spent an August through December taking care of my late wife, as she progressed with Malignant Melanoma. Doing fine to bedridden to Glory in four months. We had hospice care for her, from Thanksgiving to the end, which was an incredible help. Last month and a half I was off work and home with her. Bruce ps I tried the Keurig filter you use to put in your own coffee, but it's a real pain to clean the filter (unless the make little paper filters to go in the wire filter basket...). i remember you posting about this before Bruce, and i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again--my heart aches knowing what you BOTH endured. I’m very happy that you’ve found love again and it sounds like you’re happy and doing okay. Seems that I may recall that Bruce. Agree that is nice you found someone to love again. It seems love is the bond that endures. Thanks!

  21. Like your display also, not for sale...
  22. Chuck's organ is much bigger than mine... One day he may have a pic of Baxter for us... Then he may remove his organ...temporarily...
  23. Now that was quick clear thinking on your part. It would just about make your day if she did say no. Real good, excellent in fact. Mom is a logical choice as, who is going to argue with her decision. Wish I was that quick. Coffee helps in my case...
