  1. Klipsch bookshelves have always been sleepers: KSB 3.1, SB-3, RB-5, RB-75, etc. I've haven't heard any of new Reference IV bookshelves, but the in-walls that were demonstrated last year in Indy sure didn't fail to impress. It would be nice to hear them first, but honestly, you don't know what you have anyways until you've had them in your house for a couple of weeks. I don't care what they sound like, I just want a pair because they look so cool.:)

Sounds like some pictures exist, somewhere!
  2. Hum, huh! Hmmmmmmmmm!

Super Pics! Yep, gotta know when to fold your tent! Guy I met in Houston said the water at Tahoe is cold in the summer because of it's elavation.

Man you got some old LP's there! Time to put on Creedence! LOLOL!

  3. billybob, i know you had to have skipped on over to bullwinkle's after being at the longbranch ?? and then onto THE PALASE SALOON? and then howabout the GOLDRUSH??

Yes, I was familiar with those awhile back. Since I lived uptown for awhile, I occassioned to darken Poor Paul's Pourhouse threshold with the Wheel. Loud jukebox! Canned Heat Boogies, specially Hooker & Heat!

John Wayne movie where his redhead wife gets uppity about him drinking beer so her chases her through the town to give her a good spanking!--McClintock?

Yup, that's McClintock, but with a "!" at the end instead of a "?" Smile Maureen O'Hara was the red-head, and it also starred the woman who played Lily on The Munsters. I believe she passed away recently

    *Yvonne DeCarlo.....Fabulous Actress!

  5. Upon looking at the finish during the light of day, these are unlaquered Black Ash veneer which look good but need cleaning

I believe that the "black ash" is either dyed (ebony stain) and then oiled, etc (it has the gray streaks in the grain), or black laquered ash. The laquered version is a damp cloth, etc per the factory care of laquer instructions. The other version, however, would be the same as any other oiled finish, but you would want a very neutral oil that would not yellow over time. That's a good question and I'm not really sure. I'd check with tech support 800-275-5547 on that one just to make sure.

    at least.

    Thanks again!
