Residential shipping using my Fedex account is right around the $100/pr range plus about $20 for good uHaul boxes and then $10 to $14 for a 4x8 sheet of foam or polystyrene from Lowes to layer them. It's so hard to find the right size in a box and you have to whittle something down so it's not too big where they start upping the price for the size. That's figuring a box about 28 x 24 x 20 each and weight of 45lbs. But could be a little less once packed up. So maybe $125 for shipping and parts. I try to be fair and never make anything on shipping, I'd rather things get there safe.

I've got a pair of Heresy 2's that aren't getting used although they do sound great. They are stock drivers and crossovers but are missing grill emblems and one of the Velcro pieces on the top right corner. Also, these were missing tags on the back so I can't date them with serial numbers. Being round terminal cup H2's I would figure them to be earlier models? The cabinets are a little rough here and there and wouldn't hurt to have a new layer of veneer on them. But, they oil up nicely and are presentable. New Heritage emblems can be ordered from Klipsch for pretty reasonable or there are the higher priced ones on the auction site.
I'm asking $400 for forum members and I am located in central AR about 45 minutes northeast of Little Rock. Yes, I can ship them and ship them right but do count on it being about $100+ for the pair after you consider shipping, good Uhaul boxes and polystyrene for proper packing. Could also meet up a reasonable distance. Just let me know if any questions.

So I get this all of a sudden today on Craigslist after I've just been pricing how much dining tables are selling for. I leave for awhile and get this....
What the hell? I'm not running any 3rd party apps that do big searches. Anyone ever get this before? I guess I need to see how long my ISP hangs on to their DHCP addresses and the lease time. Sheesh.

This section pops up every time as of lately under the activity section. I can click "Save" and it will go away. But it comes back. I can also page back and it won't go to the activity area...just "page can't be reloaded" error. Odd
Or is that what it's supposed to do?

Do you have a DMM ( digital multimeter) where you can check impedance on each suspect driver? Have you swapped a driver or two to the other cabinet to see if they play louder?

If those would've been closer than 7 hours, I would've bought those "just because". I agree...not a ton of work to have them top notch with little entry investment.

I guess I'll get used to it. I'm a school network administrator so I'm used to ongoing changes. I don't like how when I choose "next page" or load more, it goes back to the top. Plus, you have to choose sort by date or something else to put things in dated order on mobile. In time I guess. I know when AK switched over, my post count went down there but I've got theirs figured out and they've made improvements. There's things I'll miss from the last format for sure.

One thing that would be great for me to understand is what the chart means with the 3 lines mean in the chart versus the radius and length in mm. I get that the purplish line is the top and bottom angle of the horn but which is which on the blue and yellow? Also wondering what the radius numbers mean and why the variance in the length of the measurement in that graph versus what the calculations show the length to be. Just trying to wrap my head around it all.
Maybe I'm over thinking this.

Also consider getting the Carver amp recapped if it's not been already. It looks like you have a TFM series from the pics. I use a modified M-1.0t MkII Opt 002 that's right at 460 wpc and it sounds stellar. Dead quiet even on my CF-3's.

I may have to change the horn height as to get a tweeter, like the CT120/125 above the mid. Aesthetically, I'd rather have them look more like Belle's with not too tall of a top hat to make them look odd. I believe inside height is 8-3/4" but maybe 10" wouldn't look too odd.

Yeah, I agree. Their radio part leaves something to be desired. It seems like it repeats itself sooner than it should. SQ is quite decent at home and in car. I'd used Pandora and iheart for years until recently.
