ok, i think that all i would need is the Quintet system with a sub... but hte KSW-10 is so expensive to me... is there another sub a little cheaper? if not... who really cares, it is a good value anyways. however... i really really need help with a reciever. I have a Yamaha receiver, but i do not know much about it, i hace not used it, not new but probably really nice... see it is not mine, i am getting a system put together for a relative... i am not sure what kinda reciever they have but i am going to find out tonight. These two systems are very similar in looks but what about sound? ok, well i called too, actually i went there and they said taht they did not have the info.... hmmmm BOSE thinks that the range of sound makes no difference? Well, a sub that goes to 39 would really piss me off when i could get one that goes to 29... can BOSE speakers plug into a SONY receiver? I was told somewhere that they can't. My grandparents, very computer savvy and major enterntainmentphiles are planning to spend $1000 on a bose system for their computer. I guess they got a new one with DVD and all taht good stuff, however, i know that Bose are over rated adn that a Klipsch system , the 4.1, would be perfect for them... can you help me? like what are the specs for the bose? i can not find ANYWHERE on the site how low or how high it goes... that worries me! also, explain teh phantom center channel because i am sure my step grandmother will want the center channel. should i tell them to get the quintet? wiht the KSW-10, it is $699 on one site... up to $899, but that is way cheaper than $1000. not way cheaper but still cheaper and i think that you get better sound. what do i do? you can plug it into your car's cigarette lighter to power, buy extra batteries like a cell phone, and use it plugged in all the time like connected to your receiver. to me, what is the point of an 8 hour battery that only plays 128mb of music? all my music is at 128-320, most at 196-256. with the old players i could only hold like a few minutes of music. this is the same price at creative's jukebox but better. most of the time it will be in my car with the line in connection to my radio. i stil think it is awesome. ------------------ -justin http://www.fortunecity.com/campus/berry/88/

yeah me too, my chemistry project worth two grade that make up 80% of my average exploded like an hour before. all forty of my LED's and two Infared diodes burst showering me in glass and plastic... some wires got to hot that the solder melted! it makes no sense though because the voltage goiong through was less than what was needed, it had a 2.2ohm resister... ohwell, two weeks of work was gone in a big bang. sorry if i too was a little rough. thanks again. -justin ------------------ -justin http://www.fortunecity.com/campus/berry/88/

ok gondor, done. sorry, i made that siet at like 11 o'clock, after buiklding a current tester project, i am taking college chemistry as a sophomore so give me a break if i am a little slow on stuff. i am also taking latin II honor, college english, college computer class, and i am two years ahead in math. i am very busy with school. if i forget something i was probably trying to remember teh conjugation of latin verbs for my test the next day. you know, i am only 16 so give me a break!
