  1. Just hooked one of these up yesterday. I unfortunately only have room for one system now so my speakers have to do double duty. This unit allows me to switch between my surround sound receiver for movies and my tubes for music. You can hook two amps and up to seven pairs of speakers or vise-versa. The build quality is decent and I cannot here any degradation in sound. Only complaint I have is the lights on the front are way bright, but that is an easy enough fix. Just thought I would share.
  2. Wow, this is nice. Thanks for the info.
  3. I am sure my search is probably futile but I figured this was a good place to start.
  4. You probably don't wish to part with them do you. I have some rosewood Belle's that need a center rosewood Heresy.
  5. Anyone have any rosewood Heresy's?
  6. Check with here http://www.nosvalves.com/vrd.htm
  7. Craig is the guy to talk with, He actually builds custom tube amps and Pre-amps so he knows his stuff. Thats "about" what you can usually get one from him for, already re-built.
  8. I have an older Yamaha Rx-V receiver but am either going to purchase a Yamaha RX-A3030 or a Denon 4520CI in the next week or 2....struggling with which one to buy. Denon seesm to be more popular and has a better THD rating but I really like yamaha products....used them for years I have had several different klipsch speakers most recently RF-7II's and IMHO they do not sound very good on the yamaha's. I have a Yamaha RX-Z11 right now for home theater and for music I switch to an old LK-72 Scott tube amp and it sounds a 1000 times better. Yea I need to find a good reasonably priced tube amp....which is probably tough.....I am a guitar player so understand the difference for sure Craig Ostby at NOS Vavles deals in new and rebuilt older tube stuff and is very resonable and a great guy. I just bought a H.H. Scott LK-72 from him that he re-did. You can get a hold of him here http://www.nosvalves.com/vrd.htm.

  10. With the right Amp you will fall in love with these speakers.
  11. Good luck. Be happy to help out a northern neighbor if you need any. No response yet.
  12. I actually only need a single for a center between my Belle's. I sent an e-mail, we shall see. Thanks,
  13. Sure thing. I emailed about the Heresy's about 5:30 last night and didn't get a response until about 10am today telling me they were sold. Same here.
  14. Keep an eye out for some nice original Heresy's if you don't mind. I tried for the 75.00 ones also, they must have been sold immediately.
  15. It looks like E-bay removed them right after I looked at them yesterday.
  16. I am looking for a nice pair of original Heresy's. I have some KSP-S6 surrounds I would like to trade if anyone is interested.
  17. Looks like a scam, if you look at his other items there is a whole lotta nice stuff all expiring at the same time.
