  1. Anyone who is authorized to sell Klipsch speakers and displays an RF-7 in that condition should have their dealership pulled. What do you think would happen if a Chevrolet district manager walked into a dealers showroom and saw a new Corvette sitting on the floor with its front smashed up to the window?
  2. O.K., Dear. Now point out the salesman that refused to help you.
  3. Did you try rechecking your subwoofer setting in the Onkyo? If you DID initially set it to a. Subwoofer to YES it may have reset back to factory which is NO while you have been fooling around with the settings or lost power at some time. Some Onkyo subwoofer settings wont hold if power is interrupted even though all other speaker settings will remain in memory. Its just a strange quirk with SOME units but not all. Its worth checking by going into your On Screen Speaker setup Menu and go to speaker configuration and make sure subwoofer says YES after hooking everything up and having powered up all your gear. Just make sure you are doing it in an active source you are using like the DVD player. Its worth looking into if you know the subwoofer works and you are confident that your preamp interconnects and coaxial cables are good.
  4. Well that proves it then. They must be made in China. Just think about it a minute. Whenever you order Chinese dont most people order 2 from column A and 2 from column B just to make sure they have all the bases covered? Seeeeeee? Now wasnt dat simple? We solved 2 mysteries with one answer. Im good at this. Just call me Inspector Bug-So. Ahhhh! Whee Whee..Wheeeeeeeeee Doggies!

  6. Don't have a baby over it. They're probably just stretch marks.
  7. Picky: They Shoot Horses, Don't They? A cowboy and his new bride ask the hotel desk clerk for a room. "Congratulations on your wedding!" the clerk says. "Would you like the bridal, then?" "Naw, thanks," says the cowboy. "I'll just hold her by the ears till she gets the hang of it." he he he he

Most of our wives are fans, too and we all watch the games together. Heck, my 84-year-old mom even has her own Shanahan jersey!! Seriously! GO WINGS! ---------------- Yea, Picky. I know the ladies just love collecting those jerseys AND getting them autographed. What I've found surprising, at least in my case, is that most of these women could care less about football or any other contact sport. The athletes in those sports use linament too. Don't they? he he he he he Oh well, maybe it's just me.
  9. Some labels must be very valuable. You can't tear them off of pillows under penalty of law.
  10. Surveillance tape of Carlie Brucia led away by Joseph P. Smith. Eleven year old Carlie Brucia was found dead behind a church. Murder suspect Joseph P. Smith. Arrested THIRTEEN times in 10 years on various charges including attempted kidnapping of an adult woman. There will be a quiz in 15 seconds.
  11. THE MONKEY THOUGHT TWAS ALL IN FUN POP!!! GOES THE WEASIL
  12. So they found the 6th Marx Brother. There was always the popular Groucho, Chico and Harpo. The lesser known Zeppo and the mysterious Gummo but now we have the long lost Depo? Most excellent. "I just dropped in to see what condition my Deposition is in."
  13. Hey you hockey fans, I have a question. Over the years I have known 3 or 4 very nice ladies that were into hockey in a big way. In fact all of them had season tickets for their favorite teams. Pittsburg, Rangers, Islanders, Devils. What's the deal with that anyway. Have you noticed the same thing? I know these girls were well informed about most of the team's and players statistics. They seemed gentle on the outside but get them near a rink and YIKES! Talk about a transformation. he he he he

I like/love dogs really, I just can't afford the extra time and attention they need. My cat (Depo) acts so much like a dog it's funny. ---------------- LOL. Depo. That's a cool name. I like that.
  15. This is my number one weapon for the BBB's home security. I have others that I've never needed to use because when this one's hammer comes down it's got a 170 pound kick to it.
  16. Hey you guitar players out there! You ought to jump at this one. I know how you like those CRUNCHY power chords.
  17. Do yourself a favor and get the Klipsch and try to get an affordable subwoofer to go along with them. Klipsch is about detail and once you've combined their nice mids and highs with a good bottom you'll get the idea. Sure it will cost more but you want to be happy about your purchase without looking back, don't you? It's all in the dynamics. With that set up the Polks will take a back burner to the Klipsch. I know because I own a few Polk speakers even though I'm a big RF-7 fan and long time Klipsch user. Try to get a sub in your house for a trial with the speakers you are looking at. It can't hurt especially if you can return them. You have to give your ears a chance to take in that full bodied flavor and use the gift of credit cards God gave to man. Good Luck.
  18. Why do I live in here? Well its a strange story. we were having a discussion on the Klipsch forum about SVS subs one day and then all of a sudden this weird light appeared in front of me and..
  19. Hey Ed, if you get to order those "EXIT" signs could you grab a few for me that say "Stage Left"?

  21. Lets start in the den and work our way to the living room.
  22. So did you fine tune that bad boy yet with the Avia disc? What screens are you looking at?
  23. Its O.K. all around. Thats why I dont like typing. If you could hear me say it I know you would chuckle. Its similar to when some of the guys I played with would come walking into a gig with their 20th new guitar or their fourth amp they had bought within six months and Id say. Now whatta ya got? LOL. Anyway, if were really cool you can send the Sunfire AND Krell to me and Ill let you know if theyre worth keeping. JUST KIDDING Or maybe not. Heeeeeeee he he he he.
