Centre City, Philly, is a nice place to visit. I visit often and enjoy myself each time. Has all the amenities of NYC but without the smell and grime :^)

When I purchased my first house, I had the front yard sodded. Kentucky Bluegrass I believe it was. The neighbor came over and told me to take a good look because it will never look like that again.
