For those following Fry's for deals, the RF82ii was a weekly deal beginning Saturday March 5th. Price is $229 each but ad says in-store only. Today is the last day of the $229 promo and as of right now they are showing in checkout with free shipping as an option.
Things learned today - If you really want something in the Frys ad but it says in-store only it is worth your while to keep checking.

I've heard of it happening before but it was in a house in Amityville.

.hanks everyone just ordered the 15 from Fry's with free shipping!
Curious as to how you were able to get the sub with shipping. Did you call Frys?
The Sunday weekly ad listed this as a "trusted name" subwoofer which means you can't even bring it up to look at it. You get this message:

Looks like a very good deal. Probably far away for most as they are located in New Hampshire.

By the sellers response in the Q&A it appears that he went shopping around March 1984 wanting to buy Cornwall II speakers. Hi-Fi Salesman Denny, knowing they didn't have any CWII yet since they weren't even introduced, sold him original Cornwalls that were produced in 1982 (from the "X" in the serial number). Paperwork in "error" showed Cornwall II were purchased. Denny got his sale and big commission (since he sold 2 year old speakers for a premium) and bought a six pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon and tickets to an Iron Maiden concert to celebrate. It only took 32 years for the buyer to realize he was taken for a ride.

I don't see anything wrong in notifying the seller that he made a error all in an effort to protect a prospective buyer from a costly mistake. Imagine if you are the naive buyer thinking you are buying true Cornwall II speakers only to get something different.
The buyer claims he purchased the speakers in 1985. I am no expert but weren't Cornwall II introduced in1986?

In case anyone gets real excited from the title, that would be $450 for one speaker.

Robo, curious as to how you have the RP160s wall mounted since they are rear ported.

Great, glad it worked for you! Can't beat the price shipped to your door for the RB61ii

Unless you are giving away your speakers at a rock bottom price you will need to work at selling your speakers.
Your KLF ad title is vague being "Klipsch speakers". You have only one photo. The last post was 11/22/16 and that was someone requesting you add more photos, which you did not do.
My suggestion is to make a new post. Add lots of clear pictures, reevaluate your selling price to make sure it is competitive, consider throwing in some extras, and BUMP your ad every now and then so it isn't buried like your current ad.
Good luck!

Whatever it is what it is. Kinda irritating when he comes into my thread and says he has a speaker for sale that I want and then turns around and sells it to you within 24 hrs.
Irritating is a little harsh, disappointed may be more appropriate. Can't blame the seller. He responded to your months old ad and for all he knew you didn't need it anymore since you didn't reply quickly.
Seller had had a buyer willing to pay and accepted. Can't blame him for that.

Where are you located? If you have a Fry's electronics near you they have been running a sale for those RB61's for only $199.

From OfferUp. I'll go out in a limb and guess they might smell like cigarette smoke.

I received my "open box" RB61's and it certainly looked like I was the first person to unwrap them. I wonder if they claim they are open box to be able to advertise them at the low price

Nice looking speakers. If you are keeping these speakers for a lifetime the small premium you might have paid amortizes next to nothing. Glad you found exactly what you were looking for.

Same gmail address had additional Craigslist postings in Dallas and Houston - long way from Ohio. One of those, a guitar, had been flagged for removal.

Yeah, I found that out with the Subwoofer deal that started today. Mad, I missed the RB-61s though. Lesson learned.
Where you located? The RB61 are still available in just about all Fry's locations. The sub is in Vegas, Phoenix and Tempe locations.
Fry's RF82ii $229 plus free shipping

When I got my RB 61's they didn't ship until a few days after the order so I agree wait it out. I'm not sure but they may ship out from a store that has them in stock instead of a warehouse.
