  1. There is nothing quite like leaving the house at 11:30 a.m. being at the boulevard a quarter mile away and seeing the sky turn black and it getting dark as night then step outside and the wind is blowing up from the ground off the parking lot enough to make my three-quarter inch hair blow. That was after the tornado warning so the air was rising and racing towards my neighborhood course I drove home if I hadn't driven that way a thousand times in my life I would not have been able to go I couldn't see past the end of the hood and yeah I'm talking all this into my phone so no punctuation but geez glad we didn't get hit there must have been rotation still in the air the way the updraft was but damn too much rain.
  2. Wow, 103! There aren't any new guys coming out acting that could hope to hold a candle to the literal legends that have gone home the last few years.
  3. Got those two for a BullAngus with a VG cover and G vinyl. Kinda progressive and early 70s rock mixed up. It's possible that Kansas listened to them before rockin my socks off! Think the guy at the used record store wanted it himself. https://www.discogs.com/BullAngus-BullAngus/release/1911427 Love Billy G!
  4. More heavy rain only difference is it's around 60 today. Matinee time:
  5. Would have been nice to have him play around here. We had:
  6. You in the tropics again? green over here in the cool rain
  7. Good to "see" you again Mike. That vid wants me to sign in to watch
  8. Hey @Marvel Couldn't find the particular link there again. It didn't say anything was taken except for information by the two. msnbc has new info about it mutating.
  9. Read somewhere, likely to get shot down. A couple chinese scientists got kicked out of a prestigious bio lab in Canada last year. Guess what they worked on at that lab?
  10. Apparently I got busy and forgot I was logged in last night. Got some credit at the lp store for a few. Played this twice last night it's ok, but not the same to me as other work I've heard by this duo.
  11. Weird around here snow flurries on Friday then today... Monday it was 73 degrees after lunch.
  12. Ahhh.... the real McCoy. Better than driving a kia from Orlando to Boston, but then it was loose and wasn't mine either! Must have survived and been worth it @sunburnwilly, you look pleased in the pic! In the 90s there was a family from up there that opened a place in Daytona called Philly-Busters, Nova Rd. I think. Darn good also the best I've ever had.
  13. Is that kraut, looks like it... or are there good Phillies down there?
  14. Found something I'd never heard of, Tommy Bolin. He was playing for Deep Purple when he released this record of his own. OD'd in `76. Good on the guitar he played for others too. Took one look at the cover and wasn't interested but when I pulled it up on youtube it's pretty good!
  15. Yes they do look good @Foxman Like the Cherry plus that abstract rug! You will have fun playing around with the bass response from the radiators.
  16. Would but all my Beatles first issues are gone now. When I changed over to Kansas, Aerosmith & Scorpions I lost interest. Brother said their were lots of them but he's got an idea there is big $ in them and he knows best. Told him catalog at discogs, learn the sales trends put a price on them and wait. John Butcher is on right now and it reminds me of Miami Vice.
  17. Or maybe 8 Miles High Believe I'm going to have a serious late 60s collection by the time all of this is finished, just can't see letting go of all these VG to NM LPs.
  18. Saturday nights are surely different now. Mine is a `73 and should have a more quiet background now.. also a cd. got a half dozen I have to go though by this guy that I've always liked his slow tunes: this one is a keeper!
  19. I'll be working up towards a big one tonight. Know not everyone likes the heavy stuff that I roll through here with sometimes, guarantee I''l have additional generes in the future. Another of the Blues Project records this one is more "musical" than far out like Planned .... is. You'll recognize a couple of the guys from another band I enjoyed the other night. So you could guess the era this record came from while listening, but that isn't a negative observation at all. Geeze the previous owner took good care of a large percentage of what I've already seen!
  20. Yea but... If something is being hidden about this by "them" I consider that sinister. I am a canary in a coal mine type because of the immunos I have to take!
  21. & if I hadn't deleted the "E" I got on it I might re-post it. Doubt anyone is bothered by your ramblings Mr Man, they're how we know you!
  22. That looks like what I was talking about earlier. If there is a lab near there I'd have an easier time believing the "other" story. But who knows the truth, or is that other story the truth?
  23. I'll play... but I cheated...
  24. He didn't do the Nay Nay even though that is the title!! I'm still listening twenty minutes later. They have all lost my explicit trust, maybe some of that comes with age? Straight from my propaganda folder: citizens free press gateway pundit no apologies, and say what you will
  25. CNN settled with him weeks ago. and now you want me to go to wasfox??? I know better
