  1. I got two different groups of stanzas from that excellent guitar work as ring tones or alarms on my phones that I found years ago!! One of my half speed mints looks like it will get here tomorrow!
  2. Searched and that LP looks more like a right hook!
  3. Darn @dirtmudd, looks like a high times centerfold circa 1985. Ripe stuff.
  4. I love him just because he played that second half after his jaw got broken that time. He tore us up almost every time I saw him play downtown here.
  5. Osterine isn't available in anything either unless you possibly work in a lab. Dexter Lawrence is a good, God-fearing kid. I believe his side. * Ran my mouth (keyboard) before even searching for that. Yes it's available, still believe in the good nature of the kids in that program Swinney runs.
  6. That Cotton Bowl eagle was a set up. Just like the perp introducing that osterine to the environment of the recent best Clemson defender that fate did not allow to impact the outcome of the game. boomyao!

    The Other Discs

Mike, that one's a let down compared to Low Budget.... the one I had to have again!

    The Other Discs

You'd have to have been there.....old enough to comprehend..... in the 70s. Gas having been 10 to 20 cents per gallon forever I guess. Then 50... then 90 cents a gallon. The stations turning cars away... your dad freaking out & cursing for the first time that you ever heard. This was on the radio not long after that, did not comprehend the other references until later. Listen to track #9 and you'll get the picture, the whole album is a time capsule in the language of rock-n-roll.
  9. I searched for those and man the bigger ones sound exquisite, some of the small ones too. The way those better ones are tuned for specific keys or composers, you can tell the quality without glancing at the price! Not Corinthian brand but would be nice with the seabreeze if you've got the hacienda to accommodate it. https://whimsicalwinds.com/Item/Woodstock_Percussion_Windsinger_Chimes_Of_King_David_Silver_88_Inch
  10. Or current events or both. @Emile hope you're having a good start to 2019, thought of you when I saw this.
  11. Still jamming on the ELP in here, then I see this GEM on the right. Wow, close setting, one of my all time favorites, with decent sound through the douk and polks hooked up to the pc. I'll quote one of the responses to the video: Adrian Struys 2 years ago "The poet the flutist the string wizard the intellect The Entertaner Mr.Ian Anderson is truly a genius"
  12. Appreciate the vocabulary refresher @oldtimer
  13. This one... both sides tonight not partial like the last one. Think Jan Hammer would even dig this:
  14. This one I don't know how it got here, wonder if one of my former roommates traded it for one of my long lost ones I miss. It's not possible to put the best of this band on one LP.
  15. Another Best of, stuff that hasn't been played on FM in rotation since 1980.
  16. All I can say is I've got the tiny version of those big speakers in my den cranking out a Romeo and Juliet movie right now. The Supers set with the corners just right, K-55s from the big boys in them.... they can image.
  17. On the left, that's the kind of fabric put on those beautiful tigerwood Heresy's that were for sale here a few month's ago!
  18. Wish I did not delete all those "E's" before I logged on. That was a beautiful Khorn over the LP pic. Reddish like Mahogany with the light grille. Yea I saved a few pics of some Ramblin' Rose Heritage speakers I found here a couple years ago, kinda like the plexiglass clear Khorn pic I've got too.
  19. alright Bill, then how did that stain get there?
  20. Familiar tunes in here since I had the time to log in here last. Mike. You hiding something from us? Did you pick up some Khorns with lambswool grills and stash them in your garage? My "E" was different than the "Boston" post!! Haven't heard Love Jones since I was clubbin' in that `76 Camaro I had for a few years! BTO
  21. Alright, I just went crazy over at discogs and landed a couple of M copies for not too much. Got four more that were NM- M minus grade. Think my type of rock is out of style now. Sealed 1/2 speed records from thirty years ago? We'll see..... as for style...... clothes have to be comfortable & cotton - wool's ok in the winter... none will make me irresistible like I was from 80 - 99, music has to have musical content to it, the edge could be this way or that. Peer pressure lost it's power over me in the tenth grade! good riddance
  22. Oh Yeaaaa! (need the Kool-Aid guy smiley here)
  23. Think maybe David Lee Roth derived his stage persona from that guy. They opened the first concert I ever went to, in the home of the WWF here in Charlotte. Kansas did their show for the Leftoverture record, Jim Dandy moved more than everyone else all night did on the stage!
  24. Sweet harmonies on that one Mike! They can make me smile almost anytime!
