How does this sub compare to a normal sub as far as price goes and mostly so0und quality ? Is it just for movies or can it do music also ? Not that I want one just wondering.

How much to rock the house this hard? The TRW-17 itself goes for $12,900, and the motor controller adds another $350. Eminent Technology also sells an amp and crossover for $700. Then there's the design and installation of the manifold and backwave chambers, which is typically $8000 to $12,000, bringing the grand total to somewhere between $22,000 and $26,000. But nothing re-creates earthquakes and rocket launches like true infrasonics, and nothing else on the market can get anywhere close to those frequencies, making this the only game in town for those who really want to get down.

  2. This guy has several B-Stock offerings on Minnesota Craigslist/Facebook. He has 70th Anniversary KHorns and B-Stock Cornwalls also. As far as I know, he is an authorized dealer

This guy is on several Klipsch Facebook pages selling this stuff as well. From what I've been told he is a sly retailer that goes around the distributor rules. I wouldn't buy from him knowing that.

What do you mean by sly?

That thing is awful.  The photos show that that is indeed a K-400 horn, so I don't see how that could possibly be a KHorn bass bin based on the width.  Also, what's the deal with everything shrink-wrapped on the left of that thing?

Moving perhaps? Something is certainly weird looking about it for sure though

    All I'm saying is:

Start enforcing hands free phone use while driving with an AC-130 Specter.  The problem would be solved overnight.

The problem isn't holding the phone to your face. It's being involved in something that isn't driving

  6. That's a mostly solid way to do it but still prone to punctures and tears very easily. Best bet is to have speakers double boxed and instead of that cheap flimsy styrofoam you use rigid insulation foam (Foamular). Those peanuts won't do anything other than be annoying after you open it
