  1. Hey there, did you ever figure this issue out? Thus just happened to me, yet didn't when I bought it and tested it at the sellers house recently. I sure as hell did blow the 15 amp fuse in the process. Woofer is reading 4.8 ohms, so I think that is ok. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
  2. I did not pull the trigger/take the drive. I just picked up some KLF-20's and dove into modifications on those instead. There is a set of CF-3's in Tampa, not sure what gen though... 1,100 though they look like 1994's oak, pretty mint, they are on Marketplace.
  3. I should have just asked the guy! they are V1. I didn't think he was as into Klipsch as some folks. He's probably reading along and laughing
  4. trying to find that out now....
  5. Ahh, thanks They do have a single centered port. TY
  6. This thread seems to be focused on the 3/4 Didn't know if the serial number (specifically the fall part) applied to the CF2's as well day 264 is 9/21/1994.....
  7. No I was asking if on day 264 of the year, serial number if they would be gen 1's
  8. 2 hours each way. Good condition, been stripped and refinished, but looks pretty cool. No significant cabinet damage, just had a couple water marks. Would these be gen 1 or 2? or is that not a valid question?
  9. Can someone tell me if a set of CF-2's from day 264 of 1994 are V1 or worth getting into at all, found a pair for 250.. Long drive though. I am interested in this line. TIA
  10. While this KLH20 discussion is active, I am taking a long drive to get a stock set myself. Is serial number KLF2000100036 and 37 affected by the glue issue? I can't seem to figure this out. I think these are 2001 production, so they would have corrected the issue by then, but I would like to be sure. TY
  11. Looking to sell these asap, what price will that take? Make me an offer please Thanks!

The Funky Biscuit is an outdoor music venue that I have been wanting to go to for years. Samantha Fish is playing there on the 3rd and the 4th I believe so I was wondering if that was why you were headed over there. Otiel Burbridge has been known to show up at shows around there too as he lives there from what I understand.
  15. Not to hijack this thread at all, but figure this is related enough. Any feedback on this piece? I run all digital sources and have always liked NAD's sound. I am looking for more punch on my RF-7's in a similar way as the OP is. NAD C 390DD Stereo Integrated Amplifier

  18. I moved to St Petersburg Florida from New Hampshire in August. Pandemic aside, the most lovely winter I have ever had. It is starting to hit low 80's right now. Ruined forever, I'll take the heat over the cold.

  20. Bill, man you are close by. Let me get it out of the box and test it, then you should own it. Also, surrounds went up on ebay today, but I would rather sell them here. My price is flexible.
  21. Jeeper,,there have been no bids yet, so there is that. Just checking to see if anyone is looking for any of these pieces. that's all.
  22. Thank You, I think we all kind of can figure out the value of the pieces through ebay or something. Part of my logic is that I want to move them, and convenience and reasonable price should get it done! Looking to make some deals fast. Cheers!
