That's the site I used. This one needed repair after being shaken to pieces being moved to Baja. The wax broke from a relatively cohesive mass to chunks & tiny particles clouding the "water." Opening the cap was out biggest issue, but after that it was straight forward but time consuming. After operating the light for several days the wax mostly became cohesive, but not be quite as fluid as before and the shapes not quite so "bloby." At least that was my experience and its still operates 3 years later with the "water" clear.
BTW, I put quotes on water because I am confident the fluid is not merely distilled water. I think there is an emulsifier additive other than dishwashing liquid.

Several years ago, two of us spent at least four hours repairing a 27" LL, distilled water and epsom salts drop by drop, waiting for the reaction. We got it functional: the water is clear, but the wax is not quite the same. It still "lavas" today and no one is going to trash a 27" LL.

I missed the double header, but was excited to have lunch served in the dining car with the service I remember from the fifties & sixties. My father loved trains and most family trips & vacations were spent riding the rails.
I'll dig though the photos to see if I can find images of riding the Possum Trot out of Reader Ark. back in the early 70s. It was part of our visits to Hope.

Klipsch has finally delivered the T10 true wireless earbuds it was supposed to ship in fall 2020... but they've changed a lot in the past two years. The company and Ear Micro have released the T10 Bespoke Ear Computers (yes, really) as a hand-built custom design aimed squarely at luxury buyers who refuse to own the same earbuds as everyone else. You can ask Klipsch to build the charging case using materials like gold, leather (vegan and otherwise) and wood, and the bud frames using pearl or ceramic zirconia. You can ask for special leather motifs, and even have jewelers add precious stones or carvings.
The T10 has some technical prowess to match the luxurious exterior, at least. Klipsch touts 96kHz/24-bit audio when using the LDAC codec, and believes the dual Cadence/Tensilica DSPs, class-D amps and Sonion transducers will make the most of your music. Despite the incredibly small bud size, you can expect nine hours of listening per charge as well as active noise cancelation.

Actually, that has been my thought. Which do you think sounds "better?" Mind you, Shaky has not yet convinced me to go back to vinyl, so CDs through LSIIs are the usual path.

Provided, however, when measuring maximum per channel output of self-powered combination speaker systems that employ two or more amplifiers dedicated to different portions of the audio frequency spectrum, such as those incorporated into combination subwoofer-satellite speaker systems, only those channels dedicated to the same audio frequency spectrum should be considered associated channels that need be fully driven simultaneously to rated per channel power.
3. Revise § 432.3(e) to read as follows:
§ 432.3Standard test conditions.* * * * *
(e) Rated power shall be obtainable at all frequencies within the rated power band of 20 Hz to 20 kHz without exceeding 0.1% of total harmonic distortion after input signals at said frequencies have been continuously applied at full rated power for not less than five (5) minutes at the amplifier's auxiliary input, or if not provided, at the phono input. We had a Datsun dealer in Kansas City affiliated with Bob Sharp Racing; you could get the 2 liter engine and 5 speed from a Datsun 2000 installed in your 510 with a racing suspension AND a factory warranty. Once you drove one, you went looking for Alfas, TRs, MGs and BMWs...

That reminds me of a story a professional photographer friend told me. He lived on the east coast and said I can photograph tubers on the river or yachtsmen on the sound, but tubers won't pay $75 for a photgraph of themselves.

No Burwin, DBX or Phase got rid of them and I was using a VPI record cleaning, stylast, etc. So, what's the rationale or thrill with needing to get up every 20 minutes to clean & flip (just like I did with Laserdiscs...).

And rocker panels; poor things were rust buckets. And its Pete Brock designed spook (aka front spoiler). The 510 & 240Z would literally become airborne at speed so he created the front lower lip for the cars. $40 in 1970 dollars in black gelcoat as I rrecall. BTW, Pete was also the fellow who came up with side rocker stripes for Mustangs (among other things like stuffing an Olds V8 into a VW combi to haul his bikes)

Back in the day when racing at Sebring, most of us stayed at the Kenilworth Hotel. It was an old Florida grand hotel. Paul Newman always got the bridal suite which was much nicer than the 3d floor rooms with no a/c where I usually ended up. The rest of the year when SCCA races were at Sebring, it was a “catfight” to reserve the bridal suite so the lucky wife could say she slept in same bed as Paul Newman. Ah, the good old days…
BTW, as I recall he was racing a Datsun 510 sedan at time you mention. Great car.

Yes, the LSIIs are still in the listening room and the Heresys replaced the Technics SBC-700 in the living room. That system is always on unless I am perched in front of the LSIIs. Last night I took the dog for a walk and when I got closer to the house, I could hear Karrin Allyson while I was still in the front yard. Guess I was enjoying the Heresys a little too much (if there is such a thing).

They sound even better are six hours of listening. The bass line in Melody Gardot's "Amalia" is very clean and relatively deep. They nicely reproduce the bass tremor in the opening of Miles' "So What." Not pipe organ bass like I've heard at DaveA's, but balanced and satisfying. I'm very impressed (and very happy)!
How about a pair of 75th Ann. 'horns?
