  3. agree with all the above you missed one
  4. damn bottomless coffee cup empty Mornin' all Good coffee this AM. Guess I'll be doing housework today. Wife is going to the school. Think it is more of a visit with her secretary. Been some concern about schools and the present situation...The size of the school makes it fairly easy to comply with reopening standards. They have 20 students, total - K- 8...in a good year. Don't do much cleaning when she is home. Not because I expect her to do it... I prefer to clean the house when nobody is around to dirty it before I finish. Plus, I can get obnoxious as I want with loud music. Got hear it over the shop vac, ya know.
  5. that's as political as I going....
  6. anyone remember HenryKissinger?
  7. saw an ad for J&J talc.... made in China, too
  8. So glad our high humidity is under 40%

  10. just across the river from my sister's place. right near her in-law's
  11. Mornin' All That's about what our low should be... Into my 3rd or 4th cup. Been up since 2. Don't know why. Exciting news Wife is scheduled to get her cataract surgery done in a couple weeks. Going in next week for a pre-op and then a week later #1 gets done... 2 weeks after, the other. I bet I don't look as good afterwards. Not that I am particularly good looking to start.... I have to rely on charm and wit. Only thing I am not looking forward to, is sitting in the car, waiting. This is not the time of year to sit in a car. 100` is average for June.
  12. oh come on now you might enjoy it more that they do, but still
  13. those are some dandy snappers the fish aren't too bad, either
  14. can I have anything on the menu? will you stand here, please?
  15. uh huh wife does some genealogy. She runs into some very "close" families
  16. Still a little "sticky" from the rain yesterday. Didn't get enough to do any real good beside cool it down. That 20` drop was appreciated. When I say "sticky", it is not over 40%r/h. I got up "late"... 4:30. Already getting light on the horizon. Temp?...60ish. We have swallows nesting. One chick died. The other is ready to fledge. The other day I went to check on things....Our 1 and 3 other beginner fliers. Are the swallows bringing them by to feed my cats? We have 8. And they are most interested in a squab dinner. I'm seeing a pair of CF-2 in Phoenix for $300. Down from $340.
  17. yeah... I've got Italian... I take a pretty good tan.
  18. I always thought a good marrying of things would be Go a gym... where people pay good $$ to work out I have lots of good hard exercise around here... Cutting, raking, fencing .... and I will gladly take $$ from people who want to work out. ...in the meanwhile, I do it and try to keep in shape
  19. I was a hoddie for a summer. Funny as. When I would get home from work, I couldn't get my arms to relax from the bulldog position. Mind you, I still only weighed 130lb. I have always been fit and active. Swam competitively when I was a kid. You can't tell by looking. I think about it... the games we used to play, you had to be in shape. Ditch 'em on bicycles, football, volleyball... Our "sled" was a car hood, from something big.... in the mid 60's everything was big... Get that puppy back up the hill....
  20. I got over having any kind of physique a loooooong time ago. The most I have ever weighed was 140lb. On a 6'2" frame there isn't much phys and a lot of eek. When I was on Kauai, I had people ask me how I stood in the surf to fish. I barely float
  21. We got a smattering of rain. Enough to cool things down more that the 4` drop we saw yesterday.... it is 80` and quite comfortable
  22. my wife's family. Dad was married 4 times. Had children by each. Need a baseball card to keep track of steps, halfs. I think there are 27 of them. I bet family reunions are fun. I know they do not get along.
  23. when I first looked at the name, I thought it said Loquat... that is a fruit
  24. more like dumb and resistant We did a family tree thing many years ago. They say my people were iron workers
