  1. That's prolly not net but factor in overall album sales, tickets and merch worldwide? One heck of a chunk of cash anyway you look at it. T-shirts at 100 and up? ANYthing you do today costs major dollars. Here ya go. Indy in Nov 2k-19k PER seat with a max of 70k seats. Better get ya some! It's crazzzzy!
  2. Yup, back to the crib and caught a couple more hours. 68 today and they called for rain. Rain it did. Thunder, lightning and ponding in the yards. I heard it and went back to sleep. Been spinning since.
  3. They're saying Taylor Swift's world tour will generate 43B $ That's a chunk of change! She's hittin Germany in July better get ya some tickets. You'd make a good "Swiftie!" lol
  4. I'm jealous! lol
  5. Beautiful tree and good luck with the head. Short night here and the coffee's on. Then what? Prolly back to bed. Who knows?
  6. Yea, I agree. 70's here today and warm tomorrow w/rain coming in. Few more weeks before I can grab my surf board and head to lake Erie. lol
  7. @MicroMara I'm bored. lol How ya doin brother? Lil swim w/the nurses in their thongs lately?
  8. Gotta throw down some stuff for George. May as well adjust his attitude or at least add something to his rehab. Kinda maybe... Yea, too many wimmen with too many pills... 💪 💪
  9. @JohnJ could slip him the noon NPR news slot and let him warm 'em up for the crive home/ Could slip him into that Night Fly slot w/Fagan too. You know how picky Fagan is though... Might take a bit for them to warm up workin together. As long as he knows it's Fagan's way or the highway.
  10. @JohnJ Blah, have at it. I'll sit in that drive time slot cause you know I'm packin the heat! lol Have Vinyl Will Travel Wire Dave1291 in Duckburg. 😂😂😂
  11. Can't forget this one! "The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys" is the title track from the 1971 album by British rock band Traffic, written by Jim Capaldi and Steve Winwood. Despite never being released as a single due to its long duration, it became a staple of North American AOR-format FM radio stations in the 1970s and still receives airplay on classic rock radio today.
  12. 75 here in Duckburg and the spring ritual has begun! My 1974 1st press of Utiopia sounds great! Todd Rundgren's Utopia is the debut album by the American rock band Utopia, released in October 1974 on Bearsville Records. The band was formed in 1973 by musician, songwriter, and producer Todd Rundgren who decided to expand his musical style by moving from pop-oriented rock towards progressive rock. He assembled a six-piece group that featured three keyboardists and toured as a live act. Most of the album was recorded in the studio except "Utopia", the opening track, which was recorded live in concert November 3rd,1973. The album peaked at number 34 on the Billboard 200 and critical reaction towards it was mixed.[4] Hair of the Dog is the sixth studio album by the Scottish hard rock band Nazareth, released on 3 April 1975. The album was recorded at Escape Studios, Kent, with additional recording and mixing at AIR Studios, London, and is the group's best known and highest selling release, with over two million copies sold worldwide.[3] After three albums with Deep Purple's Roger Glover producing, Manny Charlton stepped into that position, one he filled for several subsequent albums. Black Sabbath from 1972? You go Ozzy! 😂💪 Vol. 4 is the fourth studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in September 1972. It was the first album by Black Sabbath not produced by Rodger Bain; guitarist Tony Iommi assumed production duties. Patrick Meehan, the band's then-manager, was listed as co-producer, though his actual involvement in the album's production was minimal. 💪
  13. $1275 and $5 shipping? Am I missing something? 😂
  14. Great tune @Tim Sr.. The majority of people think of Foxy Lady or another great song and totally forget about the message Jimi was truly sending to the people. There was almost always a guitar within reach and he played them all depending on his mood. People should have heard him play the blues. Prolly not much of that out there. I never looked. Insanely good. No guitar he was spinning something.
  15. By golly I think you might make it afterall. You're surrounded by all kinds of valuable information that will help you immensely physically and mentally. Take advantage of it and apply as needed. Getting older is crazy. I've not got both my girls on my case about eating better and doing something physical. Diabetes sucks. Cut out 90% of fast food about a year ago and cooking smarter at home. Slowly replacing diet soda w/water and listening to my youngest jockette. She drinks a gallon of water EVERY day. She's got her routine and does it daily. Hot yoga, whatever that is, and runs a couple miles daily coupled with scripture & motivational readings. Now she's getting the oldest dialed in. She's lost 30 pounds and watches everything she eats. Now she has the kids doing it. Crazy! I'm out numbered. Got my water jug sittin here though. Sunny and about 73 this afternoon. Strange weather for sure here in Duckburg.
  16. Coffee's good, suns up and I made a bowl of oatmeal? That is all.
  17. THAT we'll never know but it's doubtful. From what I've heard about those down under curises things could get wild. Who'd want to tote around a bag full of lp's? Not me! BTW, Syd won the rugby game. Those guys are tough and a bit insane. I'm still clueless. Time for coffee!
  18. but my wife has the credit card and says NO! 😂 Ok Mr. Rugby. I'm sitting here at midnight Saturday nite watching Syd and Bri playing rugby in the same Las Vegas stadium they had the Super Bowl in. The place if full and the crowd is going insane. 8-0 Syd and some Brissy dude just clotheslined a dude from Sydney and they got a penalty. He flat levelled him. This schiit is BRUTAL! No pads, no helmets just nads. 😂😂😂
  19. I've been grounded for a while here. Oldest's SUV puked so she's been shopping for a month. She works at home and shuffles her two kid's back and forth to school while he works out of town daily. So she's been driving my old Maxima. It's cool but... I swear she was getting even with me. lol Finally cut a deal on a Ford Escape and picking it up Tuesday. She always has a plate full and it seems that a vehicle was on the back burner til she got time. Seriously? Kids. Next warm day I get to shovel out the big stuff from the grands then break out the blower on the interior. Shop vacs? Blah, you're done in 5 minutes and won't believe the money that blows out. Last time I found a 20 from somewhere. Blowers are slick and ya'll know I'm outta the box. Only air show around here is life flight slipping in and out almost daily. Years ago a local guy was one of the first to fly a Stealth. He'd slip home to see his parents and fly into an Air Guard base about 20 miles away park it and his parents would pick him up. They'd spend the day and he'd fly back to his air base. Ya always knew when Bob was home cause he'd make a low pass over his parents house a couple blocks away to let 'em know to pick him up. Warp 3 every time and you could almost see the rivets in the skin. Ya ain't gonna bust a one star for slippin under the limit on a fly by. Sure did draw the attention cause most of Duckburg wondered what, who and why it happened. lol Back to the coffee. Think I've got it runnin again. Cleaned it again and thought it was gonna blow for sure the way it sounded. Workin fine now but I never did see anything in the carafe. Baffled in Duckburg!
  20. @Marvel just saw Tommy this fall in Cbus. He flat killed it. Friend had 4 in row 1 center. I was clueless until he took us down front. Crazy good evening. Molly is hittng some dinner place to fill a gap in late April. Small venue in the Short North just south of OSU campus. Gonna snag a few for that one. Can't figure it out though. She must be on her way to Nashville. I just heard last week it was goin down. It's not showing on her tour yet.
  21. Air show sounds like fun. The old stuff flyin wouldn't be flying too long w/the new stuff. Would be a fun watch though. Sounds like ya had a fun day today. Been doin a lil spinning today. That was enough work for me. lol Stay safe out there @grasshopper! Looks like Cali is getting just a bit of snow. 10' is nuts!
  22. Bob's about the best out there imo. Very few can tweek it like he can. His artist list is long I'm sure. It's Bob's way or the highway. lol Quite a few jumping aboard today but he's stood the test of time. When it came to tours back in the day it was the Hanley boys. Yea, Bill I can hear you in the back. lolol e v e r y show.
  23. Just hope you can get that thing outta there @JohnJ The sooner the better! All quiet in Duckburg. 45 today and 65 on Sunday? Pffft Crazy but normal. Wiped out a mushroom, cheese ommelettemouse earlier. Added a lil Atomic Rooster from @oldtimer. Not bad at all. Carry on!
  24. Been sporting a high dollar pair of Beltones for a couple years now. The thing is I've heard the stories if you weren't deaf before you got them you will be without them. Yea, I'd tend to agree with that statement. I take them out and I don't hear squat. You do become dependant on them more than you think. Docs cringe when they eyeball my ears. I'm a candidate for implants in both ears but opted outta that til the aids don't do much at all. Don't like the idea of a couple lumps on my skull. No need to look like my favorite martian before it's necessary. 😂 The ONE thing I recommend is IF you get a pair make darn sure any bluetooh program from your phone to your aids is PERFECTLY seamless. There is nothing worse than being in mid-conversation and have the other person drop from your convo. Then you have to dis & reconnect the blue tooth for the aids to work again. It's annoying and embarassing as f&%+. You don't even know they're talking with you they're just gone. Then IF they're still with you when you realize they're gone you have to apologize every time and explain. They put you in a pair then hang 'em leaving you thinking they're fine. Then when you address the issue you get a "they're working on a fix." I had a new Samsung cell and there are a couple model updates in the last year or so and they still don't have a fix. They don't want to play in your phone so it's on you. It's crazy. Check the trial period and if they drop return them for something that doesn't. Make sure they understand that from the get go. They did tell me if you run an i-phone it's np. Problem is mine's an android. Yea, ok... I'll just change up my game to your plan. Got it. NOT! Have fun brother. Mine do work though. Smooth as silk once you dial them in. Have fun!
