  1. Are you kidding me. Vista has been good for me, after SP1 was released even better.
  2. Dam it, I live 15 miles from Annapolis I could have used those Cornwalls........ WHY! WHY! WHY!!
  3. My HT and 2CH are one system. But I agree wiith Indy about the timbre match. My TV is a 46" Flat Panel, a LaScala underneath it would be way to big. The idea is to keep your focus on the TV for HT. Well maybe for some............
  4. I love my new lascalas. Of course they will be better when I move into my new house (Bigger Room). But even then another lascala used as a center wil not work for me. Well maybe!!!!!! I am crossing my fingers for a Heritage Center that is up to speed with the LSII's and is designed more like today's center channels. If that makes sense. I know, I know that the Hersey was designed to be a center for the Khorns. But then why are they so different. You can't tell me the HIII has the premium crossover and components that are in the Khorn or LSII's. Just wondering the differences across the board. I am planning on going to on the June trip to Klipsch. So maybe I can get some demos or some ideas. Don't need the surrounds until this fall.
  5. Now that I have had my LSII's for a couple weeks I am now thinking about center and surrounds. I am ok with HIII's for surrounds but can a single HIII really server as a center and match the LSII's BTW - Anyone know when Klipsch is going to release the "New Heritage Center Channel?" And no I am not talking about the HIII.
  6. This should stir up the natives......
  7. Look at this link. Make me an offer. These components worked great on my old RF7 system. http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/p/100662/1015431.aspx#1015431
  8. I just had a set of LaScala II's delivered to my door step. No sales taxes and shipping included in speaker price. Numbers are consecutive what a great experience!!!
  9. jc I saw that one on Ebay but I decided to buy new. Ordered a MC252 today. THanks for the advice. Also closing a deal on a MX134. I am loving it!! Rob
  10. You are correct. We actually encourage people to listen and purchase from their local Klipsch dealer. We are offering Heritage Direct for those folks who do not have the convenience of a local dealer who carries them. I live in Amarillo TX 4-5 hours away from the nearest heritage dealer. I would be more willing part with my hard earned money if I could buy direct from the manufacturer at a discounted price. It's hard for me to shell out $3500.00 for a pair of Cornwall III's that I have never heard. If it were cheaper to buy directly from Klipsch, or if they offered some sort of incentive like financing, better pricing or consecutive serial #'s, I would have already pulled the trigger. But that price includes shipping to your house and no state taxes (Unless you live in certain states). I just had LaScalas delivered to my living room. Great experience and the serial #'s are consecutive.
  11. So the MC402 would be over the top overkill. Thats what I was thinking in the first place. My gut says get the MC252.
  12. Which amp, I have narrowed it to these two pushing my new LaScala's? McIntosh MC252 or MC402
  13. That's the truth.. And congrats again on a wonderful set of speakers. James So where are the pictures..... RIght here http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/t/102105.aspx
  14. What is a good price for a mint condition McIntosh MX-134 with box, remote, and owners manual? Can get one for $2950
  15. The first weekend has been great. Fired up my new LaScala's II's delivered directly from Klipsch on Thursday, did some adjustments. Was actually a bit disappointed, then I remebered that the speakers need to get a little break in time. Well its Sunday now I guess they are getting broke in. THe sound is just amazing my favorites so far are Pink Floyd DSOTM and Natalie Merchant - Ophelia (Great Disk BTW). Next upgrades will be some Mac equipment A/V pre amp and a 2CH Amp. After I move into my new place I will be looking to add a center and surrounds. Thanks to everyone on the Forum who helped me with my decision. It was the "Right Choice." Rob
  16. First Friday with the babies. Jam'in some DSOTM, it sounds great. Bet my neighbors hate me now.
  17. Glad I am moving into my house this summer....
  18. They sound great, the service was awesome, and they look "Heritage."
  19. Don't know why my photos are getting cutoff. But I think you get the picture.

  23. I had a Yamaha receiver when I first purchased the RF-7's
  24. I have a Rotel RSP-1066 and RMB-1095 but I am looking at these setups: McIntosh MX-135/136 with MC205 B&K REF 70 with 200.5 Sunfire TGP5 with TCA5400 I need a dual purpose system, great with 2CH and HT as well.
