$700 is a bargain, even considering the probable necessity of recapping/ restoring the crossovers, if all of the drivers work. Install a pr of jimjimbo's AAs and it's still a bargain. I'm at a loss to even understand a price of $400.

Jim's plate is a platter that regrows like the Hydra of Greek mythology. Santa's list is no longer than his, lol. Kudos to all involved in this project.

Great job, Matt. I know that the family will be grateful to have this reminder of Scott's love of music.

Seller and pre are both top-notch. Someone's going to be very happy.

I love it! I should have done this years ago. I'm sorry you didn't get what you wanted out of it.

Red Rose Speedway on the platter.

It would be worse if three of the best four teams were from the same conference. Most of the playoff teams would not be in if they had to play in the SEC.

Georgia may be one of the two best.

A friend and I traded motorcycles during an afternoon ride in the late 80s. He rode my BMW K75s and I rode his Suzuki 1100 that he had turbocharged. It was an eye-opening experience, exhilarating, frightening, and unforgettable. I was quite happy to ride the Beemer again.

I wish I had the cash to buy another pair. These are stellar amps. Perfect for Klipsch speakers.

Two boxes of cigars, two cashmere sweaters, and Red Rose Speedway on vinyl.

Was that the year that we donated to the tornado relief?

I'm glad you can still post. You might check out Arkansas Traveler databases. Every state has one online; that's Arkansas'. There's more than twenty days of info and literature there.

I'd gladly pay $1100 to not have contracted Shingles. Probably anyone who has had it would. It's significant on the pain scale.

An El Dorado hometown family has a Cali winery, Presqu'ile. I like them all.

Several of us on the forum use Mark's gear. My Khorns are usually powered with a Peach pre and a pCAT amp. The first time I saw Dean, at Dee's, he was soldering on a Peach backplate.

Happy Birthday, Carl. You've had a few since out "baker's dozen" gathering. I'm glad you're still shaking!

I've been dipping Jim's green beans into a combination of Oldtimer's yellow sauce and Ranch dressing. It's pretty good.

I got some 7 Pot seeds, Jim. The beans should be killer-good.

I agree, Jim. Just right on the heat. I've been making Hab pepper sauce for 20 years, and I prefer the 7 pot flavor.

Keep buying Powerball tickets, Carl.

The play has good reviews and is coming to the Murphy Arts District here in November, so I bought an album from the actual recording (Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Johnny Cash). My personal opinion is that it belongs on my "worst" list. I'm looking forward to the musical play.

I'd ask the previous owner.

I got the 205 because I've enjoyed the performance of Oppos for a dozen or so years, and it is the pinnacle of their manufacturing. I got it "now" because this was a last chance. I have four, and the all still "work". Pretty well, too.

I just tried to listen to a pr of LaS after listening to a pr of Cornwall IIIs. Nothing was changed except the speaker connection. No woofer sound, whatsoever, from either of the LaS. Suggestions?
