superedge88
I sold my RF-3's and RC-3 last week, and I bought a pair of black KLF-30's from Speakmeister (Dan) in Denver. It was a long trip from Kansas City, did it all in one day, so I spent all of about 30 minutes last night getting the KLF-30's hooked up and ran a quick audyssey calibration. Wasn't very impressed with what Audyssey did, I believe that audyssey actually turned down my main speakers to match with the surrounds. So I am going to mess with things tonight manually to get things matched up and take advantage of teh KLF-30 high sensitivity. I am so excited about these monsters, will post pictures tonight. wuzzzer
That's what Audyssey does, it level matches the speakers so that they are outputting the same SPL. I wouldn't adjust things too much from what Audyssey did unless you want to drown out all your other speakers. [] Let's see some pics! superedge88
I get that a lot when I post pics of my front speakers and TV. The main seating area sits about 18 feet from the TV, so it works out pretty good for viewing the TV, though it is not ideal.
